Large balcony with plenty of seating and colorful floral containers. Private spiral stairs from balcony to pool area and beach. High end linens/towels provided. Northern transplants from Washington, D.C. We love Marco Island and have recently purchased another Marco home and want to share our beach condo with others.
Why they chose this property
Tigertail Beach area is the best. Away from the crowds and amongst nature but close enough to walk to grocery store, restaurants, and shops.
What makes this property unique
The South Seas complex has tennis courts, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and transient boat slips for rent.
