Très bon séjour a la Luzerne en familles Propriétaire très gentille qui nous a proposé de partir le dimanche en début d après midi ce qui nous a permis de manger encore sur place avant de reprendre la route Merci encore

Très bon séjour, rien à redire sur la taille de la maison et les équipements. Un petit coup de neuf dans les salles de bain serait bienvenu et mm si c’est accessoire une baignoire pour laver les enfants/bébés serait appréciable. Échanges très facile avec les propriétaires.

En groupe oui... Mais pas en famille
Bien situé et très calme, le gite bénéficie d'une bonne situation et d'un espace commun très grand. Nous étions plusieurs familles avec plusieurs tranches d'âges, le principe des lits simples très très bas n'est pas adapté au delà d'un certain âge, qu'on se le dise. Si le gite est propre dans son ensemble, certains éléments seraient à changer, tel que des tabourets de bar..., le pommeau de douche du haut qui ne versait qu'un filet d'eau. Quant à la douche du bas ouverte et sans rideau très à plat inondation garantie à chaque douche; pas conçu pour un groupe de 12 personnes. Aucun rangement pour les vêtements dans plusieurs chambre ce qui n'est pas pratique du tout et le portant du bas dans l'entrée ne suffit pas. Fait le job si l'on ne reste pas longtemps avec plusieurs enfants. Il reste néanmoins qu'un rafraichissement du mobilier et des sanitaires communs seraient les bienvenus.

Venus visiter la région le gîte est central entre le Mont Saint Michel. Barfleur et Caen. Très calme spacieux et fonctionnel La propriétaire est disponible et répond de suite à nos demandes.

Gîte où il fait bon venir passer un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très belle pièce à vivre (cuisine, salle et séjour) et belles chambres. Le Must est le baby-foot qui attire tous les enfants quelque soient leur âge.

La maison est convenable mais pas très propre, aucune prestation pourtant mise dans l annonce (pas de vélos, ni ping pong, etc...) Vaisselle, casseroles plus que vétuste... Bbq rouillé, et aucune possibilité de profiter de l extérieur, pas de mobilier...

Endroit calme et paisible, idéal pour se ressourcer. Maison conforme à la description, très grande et bien équipée; également très bien isolée (restée fraîche malgré la canicule). Bon point de départ pour visiter les sites de la région. Propriétaires forts sympathiques et discrets. Idéal pour un séjour en grande famille et même avec des amis (deuxième maison plus petite à côté). Nous y reviendrions sans hésiter.
