Giant and cozy attic in the best colonial style. It has 1 double bed and 4 single beds. Fully independent place with independent access from the house below. Bathroom, shower and living room with TV, wifi, pay TV, blender, sink, kitchenware, table, fridge with freezer and 2 fans. Very well ventilated place with 4 windows and 2 doors.

Only 700 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the Extra Market and other shops, restaurants and eateries.
Stove and barbecue are in the external area of the loft.
Family atmosphere with 2 pet cats without access to the attic.
Ideal for guests wishing to spend the day at the beach and a quiet and peaceful place to rest.
A couple lives in the house below so the space is suitable for people with modest habits and who respect the rules of good living.
