Pool front balcony with 7-seater dining table, charcoal grill with electric rotisserie, 6-seater living space and a hammock. Balcony front of the house garden view with benches. Swimming pool with ombrelone and two sun loungers. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Space behind the house for drying clothes. Covered garage for 2 cars and plenty of space on the street to park because it is a dead end road that ends in a small roundabout.
