Modern decor , sunny, private & perfectly situated across the road from the lake with fabulous lake & mountain views. Recently renovated including full insulation, repaint , double glazed throughout & new heat pump, this spacious apartment has all you need for your getaway break.
Fully fenced with large wooden deck , bbq , & outdoor furniture to laze around & just simply relax.
With the town & shopping centre only a 5 minute drive ,there are many great cafes & restaurants to sample. The popular Lions walk is directly across the road & the well known 2 Mile Sailing Centre is just around the corner for a beer, pizza & some live music. Taupo is famous for its outdoor activities , either land or water based , there is definetly something for everyone to enjoy. After a full day the thermal hot pools are a wonderful place to soak & soothe. !
We have the perfect place to relax & enjoy all that Taupo has to offer & everything you need to have a great stay.

Beautiful home away from home

Dear Angela,Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The house was very clean, even by my mum's standards, and she is very hard to impress. Everything was as advertised, apart from being unable to watch free-to-air TV in the bedroom. But this is a very minor problem as we were not really there to watch TV. I would highly recommend this property to anyone after a beautiful, clean house and an incredible view of the lake.Thank you!Kind regards,Ana

Great location, clean and modern. Lovely linen and even a Nespresso coffee machine.Only issue, door tricky to open and ants to be aware of…. Otherwise excellent.

Great place to stay and even on the main road, traffic was not on issue. I love that you allowed us to bring the dog. Wish more people were trusting with their rentals. I will definitely consider stay again.

Had the best holiday ,the apartment was just beautiful and relaxing , so nice waking up to the amazing views .. plus the extra touches of chocolate and yummy coffee was a treat . will definitely be coming back.😁

4 Days Off!

For us, this trip was awesome. 4 days of doing nothing but catching up with each other. The place had a neat little view of the lake, the road and the hotel across the street. Always something to watch and see. Our dog had a blast too. Loved watching people and cyclists. We had a few great sunsets and the break was just what we needed.

Great location, excellent views

This was a great spot, just across the road from the lake. It is elevated so you get great views of the lake. You can walk into town - I think it is about 2 km and a very pleasant walk along the lakefront. We were delighted to be able to bring our dog - you must arrange this beforehand and there is a size limit but the owner was very amenable to this. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kitchen well-stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend.

Convenient, good location, well equipped, nice deck, good parking on the property. Lake view across the road. Only downside - traffic noise.

Sparkling apartment with lovely ambience and view

We were thoroughly amazed by the beautiful apartment, quiet yet opposite the lake with the main road below. The garden surrounds and being on a rise above the lake made it feel very private. The apartment had absolutely everything you could wish for.

Taupo Lake Views

We had a fabulous stay, the lake views were amazing. Our accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Location was great and we appreciated being able to take our little dog. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you Angela🙂

Fabulous Spot

Awesome apartment, clean, fresh, functional, homely and super cozy. Had everything we needed to enjoy our 4 night escape. Host Angela was friendly and easy to contact with a few things we needed, TV and gas for BBQ highly recommend.

Unfortunately not quite what is advertised

Location is great, and property is generally pretty tidy. Unfortunately two of the key selling points for us were not as advertised. There is no gas fire (despite the listing saying there is) which would have been nice on a cold winter night. The “hot tub” is a plastic pool that was empty and filthy, so not able to be used. It would be good if an email explaining how to locate the property was sent prior to the stay, as it is in a complex and very hard to find (especially in the dark)

Beautiful view, relaxing space indoor and out. Fresh coffee and lakefront access across the road. Short drive or bike to town. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, home away from home. Easy to find and access property. Angela is a great host and was instantly available when needed.

A really good holiday home with great facilities. Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Fantastic location, good views and everything was very well thought out. We had a wonderful stay that suited all the family and were delighted to be able to bring our dog.

We left a day early we never asked for a refunded .which send and tx with my bank details never expecting to get much at all.but they rang and said they. Were not pay any money back this is after offering to would never stay in book a batch again

Great views of the lake.

Beautiful views, amazing sunsets, close to the town, reasonably quiet even tho it is on the main road. Spacious and very clean but would benefit a redecoration as it's looking a bit tired

Great View Large Lounge

We had a great time during our short stay, we'd likely book again our next time down that way. We were a bit confused on which unit was ours as the listing indicated the incorrect address (multiple units on the property). Property manager indicated Book A Bach hasn't corrected the listing yet. Suggest calling the property manager prior to arrival if your arriving later in the day. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay and well stocked kitchen. Fantastic view of the water and comfortable furnishings.

I enjoy walking biking , horseriding & just getting out there.
While I respect your privacy I am available for any queries you may have & to make sure you have a memorable stay in Taupo.

This property as you can see is directly across the road from the lake so walking and biking is right on your doorstep. There are great cafes & restaurants nearby and the town centre is only a 5 minute drive. The apartment is elevated , private with good sun and lovely views. Book now you wont be disappointed.
