This is small studio with a small yard. It’s a separate living space from the house and is a studio. with a private entrance. No areas are shared except for the parking space. There is a big refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven. No stove. No cooking. Nearby: grocery store, wedding venues.tourist attractions, naval base, beach, Newport, restaurants all within 15 minute drive.
