A stunning modern architect designed 2 bedroom studio apartment nestled below a main dwelling. Separate access, sundeck and established gardens all ensure a peaceful and private setting. Located in the Point Grey/Lorne Pier precinct, the property affords guests the ability to explore quiet private beaches, bush walks or the iconic Grand Pacific within a 5 minute walk, while still only a 15 min leisurely stroll into the heart of town. Two bedrooms flank a main open living space looking out over a sundeck and ocean vista beyond. Other features include kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave/convection oven and reverse cycle air conditioning.

Perfect for our holiday

Just perfect for our short holiday. The host was very welcoming. The views and the garden were wonderful. We could lie in bed and hear the sea. The ground floor of the duplex is spacious with everything we needed. Easy walking distance to the main beach, shops and restaurants. We also had a lovely walk to Teddy's lookout and the St. George River path with return via the old tramway path. We would happily stay here again.
