Great quiet stay!

Pool was salt water and quite refreshing. Beds were comfy. House was clean. Three bathrooms were great for our family! Location was close to some shopping and restaurants. Thanks for being a great host.

Really enjoyed

The home was in very good condition and enjoyed the whole week we were there. Shawna was very responsive every time I reached out to her. I really have no complaints. There were a few disruptions with the lawn person and pool cleaner, but nothing to sour my stay.

A Great Family Vacation

Because of the pandemic we hadn’t gone to Orlando in around two years. For us it was common to go to Orlando every summer and we had been visiting it for a while and within all the years we have visited Orlando this is one of the best places we have stayed at. The reason for this can be seen in the location, it is close to Disney World and close to different locals for food, shopping and groceries, it is also located in a very safe, quiet and nice neighborhood. When it comes to the house, it was really clean and equipped with all the important amenities. The pool was clean and great to be in and my family was welcoming and nice to be in. At the beginning we were concerned about negative comments about the house but we realized the comments weren’t true. We would like to thank the administrator of the house, Shawna, was really nice and welcoming, she helped us with every need and answer all our questions when needed, it was a great house, very much recommended and we plan on returning next summer.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was close to everything we needed food and shopping. We loved the pool and it was a just the right size for our family. The house looked just like the pics. The staff were very helpful. They responded very quickly. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. Everything was comfortable and clean. Thanks ?? Everyone was quick to get back with us and helpful.

Property was very clean and well maintained.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Furnishings were in great condition and everything worked very well. Shawna was fantastic to deal with. There were a couple of very minor issues that were dealt with immediately. Responded very quickly to any questions we had and gave us great advice on restaurants and shopping.

You are not alone/Where to start

Well for starters, property manager does not give you sufficient privacy. Cameras, cameras, cameras BE AWARE....Paid for the property for an entire month and we were not comfortable. Always had a back and forth with property manager concerning ac. House is a smart home controlled remotely by property manager who does not allow adjustment of system for renters comfort. Bathrooms were backed up. The pool area was quite mossy. It was an eye sore. The direct tv boxes in the rooms weren’t working. It only worked in bedroom #2. This will not be a place that I will bring my family again.
