The Dunes at Fitzroy Beach are perfectly located in a tourist hotspot, with a 2 min stroll to Fitzroy Beach, Golf Course and the famous Scenic Coastal Walkway or a 5 min walk to the heart of the vibrant Fitzroy Village. These modern beach tiny homes are fully equipped to ensure you have a comfortable stay in New Plymouth. Spend your day surfing and swimming and then relax in total comfort.

Beautifully appointed modern beach vibe, each unit has a king sized bed and fully equipped compact kitchen.

These tiny homes have AirCon heating and cooling, smart tv and dining tables that double as a workstation with USB charging. This unit is disability accessible and has a disability bathroom.

Each cabin has its own decked area to enjoy the sun with seating and bean bags to make the most of the space. The perfect place to base yourself while you explore everything our beautiful Region has to offer.

Each cabin is fully self contained with your own deck area but there is also a common BBQ area and guest laundry.

Remember to bring your sunblock, beach towels and your jandals. It doesn't get better than this. Book today and secure your peace of paradise.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Tidy place with rapid and easy contacy with service team. Had all you need plus access to a BBQ and clothes washing. Walk to beach, hang a left and arrive at surf club coffee kiosk (closes at 1 in winter).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location, clean and tidy and everything we needed for our stay. Just a short walk down to the beach which was awesome. The street is very nice and feels safe. Designated parking spots but a little tight especially for larger vehicles/ utes (two during our stay) but in saying that plenty of street parking if needed. The only real disappointment is the lack of sound proofing and how close the units are / lack of privacy, could hear people talking next door and people walking around, child running around. I think we were lucky as the guests next door were pretty respectful but could be pretty bad if not. The bed was super comfortable and large so that was a huge plus.
