Enjoy a staycation at our custom built 3 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, open concept home. Built in 2015 by your Host David.
Relax in the 8 person hot tub & splash in the oversized beautiful heated pool. (Pool open between Memorial Day & Labor Day. Hot Tub open all year) Complete with diving board & basketball hoop…
Spend the day exploring the 70+ local wineries, state parks with waterfalls & trails. 6 miles from Watkins Glenn international racetrack.
Or Explore right on site- Hike the 70+ acres, enjoy the 9’ pool table, fooseball, frisbee golf, and basketball hoop in driveway…
Wake up to amazing valley views and enjoy your coffee inside looking through the spacious windows or outside on the deck. The home is 10-20 minutes from Watkins glen, Horseheads, Corning with quick access to nys route 414 and 14 come enjoy a relaxing stay away from the grind. Ithaca just about 45 minutes away.
The house sits on 70+ acres, mostly wooded. It’s not super common...however it is possible to have insect etc in the home. Even birds, bees, frogs, mice, salamanders dead or alive in and around the pool and grounds. Again we live on 70+ acres of pure nature
Our maintenance staff depending on length of your stay will be doing weekly maintenance of pool, hot tub, lawn, and snow removal.
We do ask that guest that are here either Thursdays/Fridays take the trash and recycling (large wheeled cans) to end of driveway. Garbage gets picked up around 9am Friday Mornings but can come sooner so we like to have it out Thursday night.

**We are also a pet friendly home...Therefore, expect a few left behind hairs. Our professional cleaners do a remarkable job at getting 99% of them...But it’s always possible to see a hairs that have settled... electricity, internet, etc are all provided by 3rd party companies that every once in a while do some necessary maintenance on their services and since we have no control over that, an outage on these services are not grounds for discounts or refunds.
Our home has added 3 outdoor security cameras which include a ring door bell (only records if pushed), a ring flood light next to chimney, and a ring flood light above sliding door from the basement (pool/hot tub area). These record video and sound 24-7pm ear

Cozy little cabin trip

Had a nice stay at this location in December. Renter was very polite and responsive to our needs. Check in was easy and he was quick to answer the phone when we lost power for an hour due to high winds and snow. Location was clean including the hot tub. Very pretty building with nice design and entertainment options including pool and ping pong tables.TV was easy to use and kitchen appliances all worked very well. Great trip and location all in all!

Labor Day Getaway

Dave was great and very communicative. My friends and family came here for Labor Day weekend and it was perfect. The amenities are abundant and the property and house are beautiful. It was a great place to all gather together and close to Watkins Glen and the Seneca Wine Trail.

Great house in a great quiet location,house had everything we needed but the fun stuff is amazing..4 holes of disc golf in your backyard Pickleball,pool table,ping pong,basketball,pool,hot tub and I’m prob forgetting something..just a great vacay and look forward to our next visit..ty dave

Family Vacation

The home was beautiful! It was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. There were also games and books available. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. It was easy to get to Corning and Watkins Glen from this location.

Awesome Family Compound

Our group consisted of my husband and myself along with young adult children. This house offers something for everyone - pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong. The location is quiet, peaceful, and scenic. Communication with the owner was outstanding!

Great vacation getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay at Copper Ridge. Dave kept in touch before and during our stay, and quickly handled a minor issue resulting from a power outage. The kitchen is very well equipped, the home was very clean, and beds comfortable. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, and the pool was a welcome place to cool-off after hiking. Our only regret is not booking a longer stay. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

Birthday Weekend

The home is amazing and the view is gorgeous. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and super awesome. The cup cakes on the counter were a nice little touch. It was so nice to relax with family and friends and the home is super spacious and there is plenty of room. The hot tub was a nice added bonus.

Beautiful Home Just Outside of Watkins Glen

The property was exactly as described. Really nice pool & hot tub with plenty of toys for my grand children. I could not keep the little ones out of the hot tub! The house itself is very nice, it feels lived in and its not the type of property where you worry the kids are going to break something so you always need to be watching. Kids loved the bunk beds and the big Chalet type windows and the kitchen has all you need to cook in if you like. Dave is a great host.

Perfect mountain getaway

Dave’s home was beautiful and what you see in pictures is what you get in person. House is spacious enough for a large group and in a quiet location up in the mountains. There are neighbors right across the street but it was very quiet. The home had almost everything we needed for cooking, and for the kids. Plenty of board games and there were even sleds for them to use in the backyard. We ended up staying an extra day because there was a snow storm near our home and we didn’t want to risk driving back. Dave accommodated us with no problem. My only complaint was the master bedrooms bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise no complaints! We loved our stay for sure and will be sure to keep them in mind if we ever want to return back!

Fantastic Home for family with Pool near Watkins Glen

I stayed here with family for 6 days. Dave was a great host, very responsive. The pictures of the home are accurate. Kids loved the pool / hot tub / pool table. Very close to Watkins Glen International (10 mins away), so if you're doing any track driving events, need a NICE home to stay with family that allows DOGS, this home is THE one to book. Driveway is more than long enough to accommodate a trailer as well - although not long enough to make a u-turn, so if you're good at backing up, its not an issue.

Great location within 15-30 minutes from finger lake attractions and parks. Peaceful and quiet surroundings except for one day when neighbor decided to do rifle target shooting! Owner very helpful and responsive.
