Instalações excelentes, localização muito boa, além de proprietários atenciosos. Tudo limpo e organizado. Mobília de qualidade e com bastante utensílios na cozinha. Enfim, super recomendo o imóvel.

O apartamento é perfeito. Limpinho, organizado, seguro (em especial para crianças), muito bem equipado. Exatamente como se vê nas fotos. A localização é ótima, próximo a mercado, farmácia, posto de combustível e restaurante. Aliás, o próprio condomínio conta com um restaurante muito bom, padaria, bar. A parte relativa a lazer é um caso a parte. Perfeito! Os proprietários são pessoas extremamente acessíveis e prontas a tirar suas dúvidas. Com certeza, quando precisarmos retornar ao Rio, nos hospedaremos neste mesmo apartamento. Obrigado por toda a atenção, Anderson!

Ótima opção para quem gosta de conforto e praticidade, tudo que você precisa em um só lugar, uma variedade muito grande de lazer, piscina, sauna, hidromassagem, boliche, padaria, bar, restaurante, quadras, churrasqueiras, etc, tudo dentro do condomínio. O apartamento também é muito bom, muito bem decorado e localizado, todo equipado, inclusive com tv a cabo, ar condicionado na sala e nos quartos, internet wifi livre.vale muito a pena. Lugar perfeito!!! além da hospitalidade do Anderson que nos recebeu muito bem. Adoramos e espero retornar. Indiquei para outros amigos! Abraços.

Apartamento igual ao mostrado nas fotos. Excelente estado, limpo, climatizado! Como eu tenho filhos pequenos era essencial que tivesse TELA de proteção e esse tem! A parte de lazer no próprio condomínio é maravilhosa! Restaurante eu AMEI!!!! Foram férias maravilhosas! Pretendo voltar mais vezes! E finalizando, a relação e negociação com os proprietários foi a melhor possível. São pessoas ótimas!
