Small independent house in .Située property with garden in a residential and quiet area overlooking the sea, you have a closed parking and a totally separate entrance from the rest of the first propriété.Les beaches are about 1 Km to the center town 2 km. The nearest shops are 600 meters away .The house consists of 2 bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room with WC, they are equipped with 2 double beds (140 and 120 cm) .the kitchen is open the living room that has a fireplace opening onto a veranda overlooking the long .Chaise garden and barbecue are at your disposal in the part of the garden reserved for you and an arbor. You are in the wine region of Bandol with its many wineries, water activities such as diving, sailing, sea trips, etc ... are available in the city center, the golf Frégate is 10 minutes by car the casino is located in the city as well as many restaurant and bar. Bandol located 45 minutes from Marseille and 15 minutes of Toulon is an excellent starting point to discover the region (and Cassis these creeks, the massif of Holy Beaume, the islands of Hyères, Aix en Provence ... .)
The sunshine is exceptional even out of season you're sure to enjoy your stay.

Lovely Place

we had a really great time at this house. The hostesses was super nice and gentle. When we arrived she showed us our place. She and her husband are owning the main house next to the rental. During our stay she gave us a lot of privacy. The house is big enough for two people but we mostly were outside anyways. The Terrasse with the ocean view is perfect. Don’t forget to bring towels and sheets for the bed, those were not offered and we haven’t seen any information about it before our trip so we needed to buy this. In case you like to cook, you might also want to bring a sharp knife. You can walk to the bakery and small supermarket (10min) or to the beach of Bandol (20-25min). All in all we had a really nice stay. Thank you madame for your kindness and your lovely place.

Belle maison avec une vue magnifique

Au milieu d'un silence absolu et d'une vue de rêve, nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses dans cette maison. L'équipement ne manque de rien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Séjour à Bandol

La propriétaire souhaite un style épuré provençal de la maisonnette, mais des équipements indispensables en rapport avec le tarif sont à mettre en place, surtout en été : réfrigérateur en état de marche et de plus grande capacité, vaisselle en bon état et en nombre, aspirateur vide et en état de marche, la climatisation indispensable, et aussi une vraie plancha.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus

Mediterrane, sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Meeresblick, Hanglage. Für 2 Personen optimal, da die (schmalen) Doppelbetten jeweils in einer Nische stehen und so nicht für ein Paar zum Schlafen geeignet sind. PKW-Abstellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Liegestühle und begrünte Laube als Freisitz vorhanden. Alles macht einen gut gepflegten Eindruck. Der Fußweg in die Ortsmitte bzw. zum Hafen ist ca. 2 km lang. Der nächste kleine Supermarkt ist in 750 m Entfernung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Einfaches Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir haben in diesem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem, einfachem Haus besonders den grandiosen Blick von der Terrasse genossen. Denken Sie daran, Bettwäsche und Mückenschutz mitzunehmen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und diskret. Man ist wirklich ungestört.

Der Blick von der Terrasse und dem "Wintergarten" ist toll! Nicht so schön war, dass das gesamte Geschirr nicht sauber war. Insgesamt aber ein schönes, kleines Häuschen!

Un petit paradis

Merci à nos hôtes pour ce très plaisant séjour. Nous sommes venus avec ma femme et ma petite fille de 3ans passer 2 semaines en juillet. L'endroit est splendide, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Mention spéciale pour la tonnelle végétale très fraîche, alors même que le soleil chauffe juste à côté et qui permet de prendre des repas sans souffrir de la chaleur. L'endroit est idéal en famille, notre petite fille ayant pu profiter du jardinet devant la maison. L'endroit est très calme et reposant. Idéalement placé, pas trop près du centre et de l'agitation de l'été et en même temps, à à peine 10mn en voiture des plages centrales. M. et Mme Chaloupy sont des personnes très agréables. Nous avons pu profiter des tomates du jardin et Mme Chaloupy nous a même confectionné une pizza ! Bref, séjour très agréable, que nous refairons très certainement. Encore merci à vous,

Le paradis sur terre

Un petit écrin avec vue sur ler

Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux filles adultes dans cette superbe maisonnette, qui s'est avérée suffisamment grande pour quatre. Ce petit écrin de très bon goût permet de jouir autant de la vue sur la mer, que du jardin avec Barbecue. La tonnelle ombragée autorise les déjeuners malgré la chaleur. La mer est accessible à pied, vers de belles calanques, même si la remontée par temps de soleil est parfois plus difficile. Même une exigeante de la tranquillité - hormis les trains en contrebas relativement éloigné que l'on finit par oublier (mais la voie ferrée traverse toute la côte)- a trouvé son bonheur dans cette superbe location où nous espérons revenir.

Ein lauschiges Plätzchen

Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. An einem Abend haben die beiden uns sogar eingeladen und wir haben Boule zusammen gespielt. Das Appartment liegt etwas abseits vom Ort und schön ruhig. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Aber man ist zu Fuß in 15 Min. am Meer. Beide Betten sind in einer Mauerecke und für große Menschen etwas eng. Wir haben die Matratzen nach vorn in den Wintergarten gelegt. So konnten wir den schönen Blick aufs Meer schon am Morgen genießen. Auf der großen Terrasse spendet ein Dach aus wildem Wein den im Sommer dringend erforderlichen Schatten und sieht zudem sehr lauschig aus. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit bei den Chaloupys.
