Nice little cottage and charming 52 m² + veranda facing south. quiet and very sunny corner été.Situé at 2. 5 km from the center of Thones and all its activities. In winter 15 minutes from winter sports resorts of Aravis. At 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and 45 minutes from Geneva.

Ground floor :
- Veranda with table and chairs. Mountain View
- Fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher (products supplied), electric oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, plus all the crockery. (Ceiling height 1m 85)
1st floor (access by stairs)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- 1 TV corner with sofa, TV and DVD player
- Bathroom with sink and shower
- Independent WC
- Storage area with vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, raclette and fondue, electric barbecue.
2nd floor (miller's ladder)
- 1 large room with 1 double bed and a bed for 1 person (possibility to add a cot and a cot)
All staircases are equipped with ramps and barriers for children.
Facilities also a garage with direct access into the apartment, two parking spaces, a green area with outdoor clothesline.

Week-end en famille

Nous avons séjourné au chalet pendant un week-end et nous avons passé de superbes moments. Le chalet est très bien fonctionnel, tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien à l'aise. Le propriétaire est accueillant et très disponible. Nous avons hâte d'y retouner.

Très bonne expérience

Location bien située, au calme sur les hauteurs. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais les autres espaces sont plutôt petits. La cuisine est bien équipée. Attention à la tête pour les grands !Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques.

Goed uitgerust

We hadden 4 toffe dagen in Thones met een mooie fietstocht rond het meer en een hele mooie wandeling die startte op 5 km rijden bij een restaurant. Ook Annecy is zeker de moeite waard.Het huisje is klein en eenvoudig maar comfortabel. Er is wel geen internet maar het was interessant om even af te kicken! De keuken is goed ingericht met al het nodige materiaal. We hebben van het verblijf en de omgeving erg genoten!

Magnifique

Un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Un chalet impeccable, coorespondant au descriptif. Très propre, bien adapté à nos attentes. Environnement de montagne. Grands espaces autour du chalet. Très calme. Paysages superbes. Proche de Thônes où il y a toutes les commodités (boutiques, supermarché, boulangerie, café....). Un séjour vraiment très réussi. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour en amoureux très agréable !

Belle surprise en arrivant au chalet, c'est exactement à ce que je m'attendais, un endroit paisible et un peu isolé, avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée et de belles promenades à faire en foret. Accueil ponctuel et très sympa des propriétaires. Place de parc et même garage à disposition. Cuisine très bien agencée avec tout ce qu'il faut et même plus. Chambres propres et agréables. Rien à dire, tout était à notre goût. Merci beaucoup.

Une semaine très reposante

Nous cherchions du repos, et nous avons été servis ! Chalet très agréable, bien équipé, et conformément au descriptif, attention à ne pas se cogner pour les plus grands, mais nous passions bien sous la toise... Nos hôtes nous ont réservé le meilleur accueil, malgré notre arrivée en dernière limite du créneau prévu selon le GPS, qui n'avait pas anticipé les derniers bouchons du trajet. Merci pour votre accueil, et nous serions heureux de revenir...

Très beau chalet, confortable, bien agencé. excellente relation avec le propriétaire nous avons pu visiter toute la région notamment Annecy, le Parmelan, les Aravis, le plateau des Glières, et tous les cols des environs. le chalet est bien situé, excellente vue sur les montagnes et dans la vallée, très proche de Thones, de tous les commerces nous le recommandons vivement à tous

Un petit paradis sur terre

Au départ seule avec ma chienne, 2 amies m'ont ensuite rejoint pour 3 jours. Chalet magnifique tout confort +++ Location idéale pour les vacanciers en quête de nature, ballon d'oxygène. Nos hôtes ont été au top ! A l'année prochaine 😉

Très bon accueil - chalet très propre et très bien équipé - le chalet n'est pas isolé comme on pourrait le croire sur les photos - l'accès à la superbe et très grande chambre au dernier étage est un peu délicat. Le chalet est en hauteur mais la ville est à 5mn.
