I have restored and operate several luxury boutique hotels in NYC and CT. Each home has the best hotel amenities - typically Frette all cotton pressed sheets and linens, down featherbeds, comforters and pillows, fireplaces, central vacuums, sound systems and air conditioning, luxury bathroom amenities, soaps and shampoos, wonderful private locations, gas bbqs, perfect kitchens and appliances, luxury bathrooms.

Calhoun Street is one of the best locations in Washington and this home is private with the best 270-degree views. The 25-acre yard has open lawns and fields and apple and other flowering trees and a heated infinity waterfall pool. It is close to the center of town.
