This stunning and modern 2 bedroom luxury apartment is located on the 10th floor and right in the heart of Newcastle CBD and directly across the road from the beach.

With a view like this you will never want to leave, however it is only a short stroll to some of Newcastle's finest restaurants and cafes.

The stylish apartment is accessible by a lift and is all on one level once you are inside. The fantastic view is one of the first things you will be greeted by as you enter the apartment with a spacious balcony perfect for entertaining with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting. (The BBQ is not permitted to be used until mid 2025 due to Strata regulations)

The open plan style has ducted air conditioning thought out the apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher.

The apartment can comfortably accommodate 5 guests with the main offering a king size bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a Tri-bunk and is located close to the main bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

Absolutely Recommended

A fantastic and clean property with near beachfront and sensational views. The property is managed by a professional management entity and whilst you get all the benefits of this with an immaculate and well presented & furnished apartment the offsite key collection/return would be annoying if not expected or without a vehicle. The old fashioned security bond pdf form without interactive tabs is an absolute nuisance to complete if you’re on the road when you receive it. The dining table in the outdoor atrium is worth it for the extra large couch and I ate dinner out there in the middle of June so it’s useable year round. The master bed’s mattress topper is cloud like to the point you might get lost in it but was a very comfortable nights sleep. The secure parking was invaluable for me and a welcome piece of mind. Will definitely stay again.

Great property, fantastic views, ideal location. Only drawback is having to collect keys from separate location which if you come in like we did on public transport you have to get a Taxi to collect and the go on to the apartment. OK if you know in advance. Will happily stay again on next visit if available.

Amazing Apartment with Amazing Views

This apartment has all you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay in Newcastle. Overlooking the beach what mire could you ask for than to wake up to the sounds of waves crashing. Beds were so common and all the little things (like condiments) that make this property a great place to stay. We will definitely be back soon!

Great view for weekend away with partner

This apartment was great for our short relaxing getaway. It’s in a great location close to many places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Beware! The view is amazing , location great BUT apartment is unloved, dirty and below standard for the money and Stayz. We sent a note to the property manager who explained the owners have their own cleaner and I would recommend you find another place to stay. Disappointed and ripped off. . short list of issues: unidentified fluid, recent, dried crust on Doona cover broken TV dirty rug in living room outside terrace not cleaned for at least a year - grime everywhere BBQ unplugged , not to be used not enough tea towels Contact property manager for full list !

I think to maintain Stayz reputation, those activates should be stooped. I booked with private host, turn out a management agent with booking fee, term and condition, and must provide them credit card detail. extremely discomfort. the customer does not know them, it is not safe to give out the card details, their house rules if not clean the dishwasher, or put cleaned bowl to right place, or clear rubbish charge 100 dollars from credit card, holiday is for relaxation purpose, not come for frustrating

Beautiful view from an excellent unit

Beautiful view from comfortable veranda. Massive tv with all the necessary apps. Stylish modern kitchen with all the appliances. Unfortunately the beds are too soft, so soft you sink in and struggle to change positions or get out.
