In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 2.

The first floor houses an open living area. The living room offers a large TV, comfortable furnishings, and easy access to the screened porch. The updated kitchen features everything needed for cooking a meal while on vacation and boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, and bar stool seating for four. Enjoy the ocean views from the dining room table that seats six. Step outside on the breezy screened porch and enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail while taking in the beautiful unobstructed view. A half bath completes the 1st floor.
Ascend the stairs to the second level and find three bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds and bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third-floor master suite boasts a king-sized bed, access to an ocean view deck, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub.
The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
