This is home is ready to treat you and your family in a nice clean quiet location. Close to shopping including a superwalmart, Kroger, movie theater, multiple restaurants all within a 7 minute drive from home. This fantastic location is also within 30 minutes of Warner Robins air Force Base and Piedmont national wildlife refuge . If you fly into Atlanta airport you can be here in 1.5 hours.

Perfect Spot

Communication with Patrick was spot on. House location is perfect right by 75- made getting around easy, lots of stores, food near by. Will def rent again if we come back this way

Family visit

The house was a great place for our family to stay while visiting family in Macon. Patrick was very accommodating and helpful. The only down - and it was a slight one- was the kitchen has limited cookware, and only 5 forks. But we brought our own things for cooking because of an earlier review, and used plastic forks. So all was good!

It was very easy to work out the details. It was a perfect location, the dog next door was a little loud at times, but we could live with that.

Convenient location but needs more attention to important details

We stayed here for a family wedding at Lake Tobosofkee. We did a lot of food prep in the home the day before the wedding. There were no clean sponges or dish towels in the kitchen. We had to use paper towels. Also, the coffee pot was very dirty and the filter basket was caked with old coffee grounds. It took a lot of scrubbing before we could use it. Also, we had to leave all of our bagged trash in the house when we checked out because both garbage cans were full and smelled very bad. There are 4 beds in the house and 2 were very comfortable but the other 2 should be replaced. We felt that the cleaning fee was too much to pay when there were several things that had not been taken care of for our visit.

Great Location!

Great house for a family. Great master bedroom, and bathroom, and the kitchen was perfect. The house is in a gated area and the security guard was very rude and not helpful AT All, but Patrick quickly eliminated the problem. The house is older but quite comfortable. Thanks Patrick
