Beach Time is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house set on an elevated site with views to Mangawhai Heads and the Brynderwyns. Handily located for everything Mangawhai has to offer with the estuary, Wood St shops, cafes, restaurants and Four Square within walking distance and everything else only a short drive away.
Ideal for families, there is a flat front lawn and a playground with slide, fireman's pole, hammock and climbing rope. Relax in the covered outdoor seating area while watching the kids play after a day at the beach.
It has a well stocked kitchen and Nespresso machine, BYO pods. There is also plenty of off street parking and a single garage and there is now a second toilet in the outhouse.
This child and pet-friendly property is a great spot for 1-2 families to enjoy Magical Mangawhai.
NOTES:

Please note that whilst the owner has endeavoured to ensure that the playground equipment is maintained in good condition, it is used at guest's own risk and children should be supervised at all times. The Flying Fox and Swing shown in the photos are currently out of commission.


The Television does not have Freeview but has access to Netflix and other Apps (use your Netflix account or try the 30 day free trial that is normally on offer)

LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
