Welcome to Heaven on Eleven, a charming three bedroom, three and a half bathroom retreat within walking distance to Lake Toxaway Country Club, Lake Toxaway marina, and the acclaimed Greystone Inn. Enjoy direct access to Lake Toxaway Country Club’s golf course with a private path leading to the #11 fairway. This well-appointed home is complete with a spacious covered porch surrounded by lush mountain laurel and rhododendron, offering an idyllic setting for outdoor grilling, al fresco dining, and unwinding amidst cool summer evenings. The main level houses an open concept kitchen, indoor dining area to accommodate up to eight guests, and living area with a large wood-burning fireplace. A half bath and the primary bedroom with a plush king-size bed and private bathroom are also located on the main level. Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds, each accompanied by its own private ensuite bathroom. This home offers ample room for entertaining and creating cherished memories both indoors and out with easy access to all of the wonderful amenities Lake Toxaway has to offer.

IN THE MONTHS OF MAY TO NOVEMBER, GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO ARRANGE THEIR ACCESS TO THE LAKE TOXAWAY COUNTRY CLUB AMENITIES, INCLUDING THE GOLF COURSE, RESTAURANTS, LAKE, TENNIS/PICKLE BALL COURTS, AND MORE. *subject to application and usage fees*

Please note, you may not trailer a boat of any kind onto the waters of Lake Toxaway. However, boat rentals are available through Lake Toxaway Marina. You may reach Lake Toxaway Marina by calling or visiting online.

Three-night minimum year-round. Pets are considered for an additional fee on a case by case basis.

Beautiful and Perfect Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay on a last minute booking! We were supposed to be out of the country but unfortunately had to change plans due to an unexpected family issue. We are so thankful the house was available and everything was perfect. Clean, high quality kitchen, house and comfy beds!!

We loved the close proximity to the County Club and The Greystone Inn, as well as the various sights of Lake Toxaway. The cottage was easy to get to and check in and out of. It was very clean and frankly, the pictures don't do it justice. It was private and we enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and evening. We can't wait to return again in April!

Great floor plan for our family of 3 but has an extra bedroom for another couple or more children. Some minor fixes would make this exceptional. Wallpaper peeling in a couple spots in master bath. Faucet were broken but workable. Electric candles were all out of battery. We cooked and there were no mixing bowls or measuring cups. Just little frustrating things like that. But overall it’s a great location close to club and golf course right out the back. Comfortable beds and good tv. No tv in master though!

Everything we expected and more!

We discovered Lake Toxaway accidentally, after a spur of the moment trip search to what we hoped would be Asheville yielded no available rentals, and we have now found our new, favorite place in N.C. and we will definitely be returning. The property was everything we expected and more! More relaxing, more comfortable, more off the beaten path, and more alluring. From the start, it was obvious The Lake Toxaway Co. is all about customer service, and Rachel was a pleasure to deal with, calling us prior to and the day of arrival, making sure we had proper directions, and warning of the neighborhood road construction. Also, a minor GFIC issue was addressed courteously and promptly. This wonderful, stunningly beautiful community is a gem of a find and our family is planning a return visit this summer. Our only complaint was the trip was too short and we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommended!
