Impecable village Victorian know as the Parker House to the locals has been renovated from top to bottom. Walk into the grandeur of 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, rosette hardwood trim and handcrafted natural wood front staircase. Into the dining area, you'll find hardwood floors, detailed chairs rails and the Baby Grand in one of the many turret rooms. The eat-in kitchen is fit for any chef, with radiant heat, propane cooking on the island Jenn store everything needed for your gourmet meals.
In the heart of Proctorsville, walk to the Village Green for summer concerts, enjoy a meal at Murdoch's on the Green or the new Outer Limits Brewery. Singletons Store, Crows Bakery and Castle Hill Spa are just around the corner, You'll be only minutes to fantastic skiing at Okemo with a weekend shuttle available out your front door. Despite its relative small foorprint (and population), Proctorsville offer quiet a few attractions for visitors. Those wishing to explore the great outdoors can head three miles east to Hawks Mountain Wildlife Management Area, a 2,183-acre space with hiking rails and several streams that are perfect for fly fishing.
