This is a stunning 1st-floor condo with views to match! Located just outside the lovely town of Bethany Beach. This condo is part of the Sea Colony Resort complex. Staying here gives you access to all of the amazing amenities that Sea Colony offers.

That includes a PRIVATE beach for Sea Colony owners and guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. 2 gyms each with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and locker room on location. Multiple outdoor pools. Tennis and basketball courts. Free shuttle between Sea Colony East (Oceanside) and West (Inland) locations. Did we mention the private beach???

This condo truly offers the best of the shore any time of the year. Maybe you prefer the summer months or maybe the off-season months. Whenever you decide to visit there are always a multitude of activities, events, shopping and food options available to you. The location is perfect as it gives you easy access to both the DE and MD shores.

Holiday Retreat

Great place

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we have loved it both times. You can't beat the location with the pool and beach right both a few steps from the door. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend.

This is a great condo, everything is attractive, clean and comfortable and we love the accessible bathroom since we travel with grandmothers. I'm looking forward to returning next year!

Great stay

My family stayed at this property for a week in August. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. My parents had a hallway with their own bedroom and bathroom. The beach and multiple pools are just steps away. We had a wonderful week. This is a lovely, well kept property and fantastic location.

Air Conditioner Issue. When we first arrived the thermostat was set at 75. After a few hours, the temperature in the apartment was 78, although the thermostat was still set at 75. A quick call to the owner, and a very fast response from maintenance, was able to rectify the problem. Thank you!! Re: Welcome Guide, page 4: It states that "2 badges or less with come.... 3 or more badges will come with two parking passes... This was a bit misleading that the badges "come" with the parking pass. It should be noted that you must purchase each badge; no badges come with the parking pass. Re: Pull Out Sofa in Living Room: We had a need to use the pull out sofa; however due to the fact that the table in front of the sofa was very heavy, we were not able to move the table to open up the sofa. Sleeps 10? Eight would be max. Living room sleep sofa/futon? Was there supposed to be a futon somewhere? Also, again due to the very heavy table in the living room, we could not straighten out the carpet in the living room which resulted in several people tripping on the carpet (grandparents and children). Re: Dining Room Table/Chairs: Two of the chair legs on the dining chair with arms was wobbly. This was due to the fact of a missing nut. Re: Pool Picture on VRBO site: The picture is a bit misleading as we thought the pool was directly in front of the condo. Re: Bedroom with Sliding Doors: The doors did not slide well. Consider another door alternative.

Great location and property

Sea Colony is perfect for families and this condo is a great location on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable in the 3 rooms and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint would be that the living room furniture could use an update, but the owner seemed receptive to that. Would definitely stay again

Nice property that was well equipped. We really enjoying being on the ground floor with young kids - made getting out to the beach a lot easier. We hope to return!

Great condo, perfect for older family members

The condo is comfortable and well-equipped, especially with an accessible shower and a handicap access bar near the toilet in one of the bathrooms. The view from the living room is wonderful. It's so nice being on the first floor so the grandmas did not have to take an elevator up and down to the beach/pool. We loved all the Sea Colony amenities and are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Great week!

Had a great experience at the Sea Colony and in this unit. Can’t beat the first floor walkout. Plenty of space for my family. Sliding glass door in the back was a challenge at times. Don’t agree with Sea Colony policy of a 5 year old needing a $45 badge for the week. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will come back again. This is a nice unit. Easy access to the beach and pool. This property definitely met our needs. Owner was very accessible and provided excellent customer service. We had a great time!

First timers at Bethany Beach/ Sea Colony

We are glad to have experienced all the resort had to offer. We typically rent a house for our family vacation and this was a nice change. Harbour House was wonderful and exactly as described. There were more rules than we are used to while staying in a larger complex; no hanging towels outside on the rails, most pools close at 6, when renting chairs (you have to go down daily and let them know where you want them placed). I know little things but they count. There are nice large carts for luggage, great ramps to the beach for wheelchairs, beach wagons, or strollers. The whole beach and complex was very clean! The pools were awesome, the lifeguards were very knowledgeable and professional, the Sea Colony staff was very friendly, the beach/ ocean was very crowded. Loved how there were so many restaurants in walking distance, mini-golf, and bikes to rent. Another great family vacation for all ages (3-60s).

Another great long weekend at Sea Colony!

This is a very clean, spacious, comfortable condo. It's the second time we've stayed at this unit and were not disappointed! The host is very accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

Ocean trip in March

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Bethany Beach. The condo was in a great location. We had great ocean views and could see the sunrise in the morning. The ocean was just a short walk away, which was very convenient and nice. We also used the indoor pool that Sea Colony had, which my kids enjoyed a lot. The condo was nice and had plenty of room.. Kirsten was very responsive to our questions and helpful. The only thing that I would change would be that the condo was very cold (the thermostat was set very low) when we arrived and it took a whole day for the rooms to heat up. My parents were with us and they are older, so they felt the cold more. But it did eventually warm up and then it was fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Nice condo in a great location

I just returned from a girls' weekend at this condo and it was perfect for our getaway. Restaurants, shops and anything you'd need to make a weekend fun is within walking distance. The beach is literally right out the front door. It was sort of cold and windy for our weekend there, so we didn't hit the beach but we did walk into town to shop and eat. The property is clean and comfortable, and the beds are particularly comfortable, which is hard to find in a condo rental these days. My only complaint, if there is one, is that the floors were FREEZING. There is no way around that in the winter, since the floors are tile, so be aware and bring some slippers. Lovely condo, wonderful location. I'd highly recommend it.

Clean and Simple

We were supposed to stay for a weekend but ended up having to cut our visit short for personal reasons. The condo was clean and simple which was nice. I was a little disappointed that we were left with one trash bag, no paper towels, barely any toilet paper, 1 dishwasher pod and no dish soap! We had packed paper towels and toilet paper just to be safe. I was just a little frustrated that on top of the $15 badges that everyone 4 and up NEEDED to have regardless of whether or not you were using amenities (and no one ever asked to see), I had to send my husband out to buy trash bags and dish soap. The lights also flickered the entire time we were there unless we had the dimmer turned all the way up which was super bright. There were tons of pillows and the beds were all comfortable! Water pressure was great but the handicapped shower definitely makes a mess of the bathroom. If traveling with little ones, be aware there is room for a pack n play in the master bedroom. The picture of the master is deceiving, it's bigger than it looks! Also, if traveling in the off season, bring slippers! The entire condo is tile flooring so it gets chilly fast! Overall it was a decent stay for price but we wouldn't return ONLY because of the added badge costs coupled with lack of supplies provided in the condo. My suggestion would be stocking the condo to make up for the additional costs. We have stayed in quite a few VRBOs and always appreciated when the little things are provided. Host was very responsive and lovely to work with!
