The Space:
The Condo touches almost the whole of Ferradurinha beach, the most calm one nearby, where you will be able to relax while your family enjoys pure moments of joy and contact with nature.

The house itself offers 5 Suites in a very big built area, along with many details designed for your comfort. Wifi, smartv, pool, barbecue area, jacuzzi, sauna, apart from daily cleaning and the possibility to hire a cook. We want you to appreciate the finer things in life, quality time.

Guest Access:
You will have the whole place privatized for you and your group.

The Neighborhood:
Geribá is an excellent region of Buzios, which offers several options of commerce and restaurants and has the advantage of offering the beautiful beach of Ferradurinha and being right at the entrance, avoiding all the well-known city's traffic in busy periods.

Getting Around:
You can arrive by car, taxi and also directly by helicopter or private plane, as the house offers Helipad.

If you prefer, we can hire personalized transportation services like executive car, van and others to provide you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
We have our own lease agreement model. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

To offer the expected quality and experience in renting this house, staff is a mandatory extra charge.

House-keeper and maid, offering daily cleaning and the service of preparing and serving your food for breakfast.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm till 8am
* Social visits are limited from 8am until 10pm and up to 6 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 8 different people per day, maximum time to enter the property at 9pm
* A list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in
* At check-in, everything is in very good shape. You must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
** No glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (R$ 1600 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it)
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Electricity, water and staff are charged as an extra.
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.
