Excellent stay

The setting was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful but still close (walking distance) to a good grocery store and several restaurants The house was very comfortable and beautifully decorated The host Qian was incredibly kind and responded quickly to any questions or requests we had We like the place so much we plan to return again

Amazing property

This property was absolutely gorgeous, well maintained private and relaxing. The accommodations were perfect. The rooms had everything we needed and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. We will definitely stay again when we're back in the bay area.

It’s an especially beautiful house

This was a lovely stay during our time in Palo Alto. So much better than a hotel. The location is simply perfect. Hiking the nearby Russian ridge was spectacular so great hiking during the day, then the hot tub and pool were luxurious to come back to in the evenings. Qian was so helpful to us when we ran out of coffee pods and dropped more off.

We had a wonderful time with family over Thanksgiving

We loved the beautiful property and used the cottage and two other rooms. We enjoyed the kitchen and the hot tub. We even took our Christmas card picture there. The restaurants, shops and grocery store were great. We also had fun exploring the area. Would love to return!

2 Great Rooms, 1 Unique Property, and The Pool

We visited Qian's home for a 6-night staycation before school started. It was the two adults, the two kids, and the au pair. The best way to describe this rental is two very nice rooms with access to the hilltop grounds and a wonderful pool and hot tub. The pool and the good-looking rooms were our reasons for booking. The pool and hot tub are both great. The rooms are very nice. If you have a larger group or a longer stay, the somewhat-mini fridge was the only slight limitation. But with some self-provided beach towels, some extra Nespresso capsules, and a good-sized cooler, we were set. Qian was available throughout our stay, and was very responsive. Either immediately, or within 15 minutes in every case. We'd stay again. Did I mention the pool is awesome?
