Facing the southwest, the 180 degree view offers the most amazing of sunsets. The main level features large open spaces, tall ceilings, rich woods and a stacked stone gas fireplace. The great room is open to the kitchen and formal dining room and there are splendid views from every room. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and an island with 3 chairs. The main level also houses a half bath, laundry room with updated appliances and access to the 2 car garage, as well as a home office with TV. Access the large open deck from the great room or from the main level master suite. Set separately from the rest of the home, the master suite is adorned with a wood lined tray ceiling and a luxurious master bath complete with dual sinks and a large tile shower. Walking up the stairs to the second level, you are greeted with a small loft area that looks straight out to the mountains beyond and down over the great room below. To the right of the stairs is a cute bunk suite. A twin bunk set, trundle bed, private bath and room enough for games makes this the perfect hideaway for the little ones. To the left of the stairs is another guest suite with a queen bed and long range views. This rooms bath features a glass and tile tub/shower combo. This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
