Large and spacious home offering a great room with wood burning fireplace, 55" flat panel TV offering Dish Network with over 190 channels, Blu-Ray DVD Player and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your meals in the large and updated fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 8. There is a Keurig coffee machine in kitchen. The master suite offers a King bed, 42" flat panel TV, Blu-Ray DVD Player, his/hers walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a combined shower and jetted tub. The guest room offers a Queen bed and 36" flat panel TV. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin on top, full on the bottom and an additional twin trundle bed. This room also has a 32" flat panel TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This home also offers a full size washer/dryer, WiFi, open decks with rocking chairs, books/games and Gas BBQ Grill. This home may have some light road noise.

Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion that offers an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom and large kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Great place to hangout in the evenings.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
