There is a large second guest room on this floor, with a king bed, a large Smart TV, and a full bath. The lower level renders another living area with a large couch that seats at least 6, a 65" Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and pool table. The lower-level bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds, a TV, and uses a bathroom with a double shower. From the lower level living area, there are double French doors leading to an outside infinity deck overlooking the lake, seating area, and a hot tub. There is separate entrance to the very spacious garage apartment which has two queen sized beds, ceiling fans, a flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combination. The apartment offers sliding glass doors to the private balcony, providing natural light and a view of the lake, as well as a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, coffee maker, and microwave. This home also has a private dock located just a short walk down the driveway. There are 2 kayaks available. You also have use of the garage.
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
