THE SPACE
A furnished unit that provide our guests a homey and comfortable space at a reasonable price!
Our space is a 2-bedroom corner condo unit with balcony on the 14th floor of Bahamas North Tower facing the city.
Strictly, we can accommodate maximum of four (4) guest adults only; two (2) of infants or small children can be accommodated if they are using the same bed.

• We offer discounts to guests for every 4 nights stay or longer.
• Please inform us in advance if you require drinking water so we can arrange
for delivery.

OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE AND OBSERVE.
• Please read/observe our house rules.
• As much as possible we will try to avoid last minute reservations, however,
if unavoidable, representative will meet guests in person.
• Currently, we accommodate maximum of 4 adult guests.
2 Infant or small children for FREE can be accommodate provided
they’ll share on the existing bed.
Reservation and Check in and Check out Information.
• Please note check-in is at 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-
out is at 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Please arrange with my
representative. (Flexibility is granted, subject to
availability).
• LATE CHECK-IN does NOT mean you can check out late,
we recommend to check-in on time to maximize your stay.
• EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECKOUT (Subject to availability)
- ₱150 per hour
- Early check-in (Before 2:00 PM)
- Late checkout (After 12:00 PM)
• Authorized Guest list form will be furnished as soon as complete names (all
occupiers) and identity has been verified (IDs such as current passport or
drivers license of the occupiers (infant/children are excluded), this is to
avoid delay on checking in and reservations).
• Mandatory “security deposit” will included during your reservation. Pls see
Airbnb Terms and conditions.
• Instruction to the unit such entrance and others will be given as soon as all
documentation are completed prior to the date of check in.
• We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the above has not been
completed.
• Any modification or addition to the guest list cancels the old GAF/GAL
(Guest Authorization Form/List) and will require us to resubmit all names
for approval.
Cancellation on the same day is not recommended.
• Room cleaning is completed prior to your arrival and after check-out, any
additional cleaning can be requested at another additional charge of
₱400.00 per time, you can arrange this directly with my representative.
• Dispose your rubbish properly. Garbage room is located near the elevators.
• For safety purposes, please switch - off all airconditioning
unit and main circuit breaker when leaving the unit.
• Upon check-out, visitor passes need to be surrendered in
exchange of your IDs at reception lobby. Penalty will be charged if lost.
• Be ready at least 30 minutes before your check-out time.
Please make sure you don’t leave any personal valuables behind.
• We value cleanliness and hygiene. Please ensure you
leave the unit reasonably clean for our next guests.
Reminders:
• Do not forget to bring a “handy bag” where you can use
to place wet towels, swimwear and changing clothes.
• When you have time, please visit Bahamas Tower
roofdeck to get a different view of the property and vicinity.
• To avoid violations penalties; keep the unit clean and tidy.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
• 0.2 miles to SM City Bicutan - Right at the SLEX exit of
Bicutan and directly beside SM Bicutan (it's also a walking
distance from Azure)
• 7.3 miles to NAIA Airport - 20 minutes from the
International & Domestic Airport via Skyway (best avoid
traffic). South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and Skyway are
the fastest routes to and from the NAIA.
• Other nearby shopping complex: Ayala Mall - Festival Mall
and Alabang Town Centre (5 minutes by car/cab)
• Transportation terminal is behind SM Mall Bicutan
• Other Points of Interest:
• Dona Soledad avenue, Bicutan has additional restaurants,
coffee shop and banks that are within vicinity.(PUV is the
mode of transportation)
• 4.4 miles to Resorts World Manila
• 4.5 miles to Bonifacio Global City
• Tagaytay City
• SM Mall of Asia
• Ayala Makati

Getting around is quite convenient. Right at the SLEX exit
of Bicutan, it's easy to get taxis and cars with the apps of
GRAB. Public transportation is easy to find at close by SM
Bicutan.
