One Mastersuite and 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths and a goodsize patio and pool deck area. The pool is heatable and you will also find a lounge area and your own boat dock. The boat lift is not available for guest usage.
**The Chiquita Boat Lock will be closed for removal starting April 1st, 2025 with the work expected to take approximately three months. During this period, boating access from this property will not be available. However, we can assist in arranging boat rentals from alternative locations if needed.**


The open greatroom combines a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops, dining area and livingroom with flatscreen TV. Enjoy cosy hours on the comfortably large leather sectional. The house offers easy to maintain ceramic tiles throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi and air-condition.

The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and the en-suite bath. Pool deck access through sliding doors in the bedroom.
The second Suite is equipped with a King-size bed, TV, Closet, Pool-Bathroom, and direct access to the terrace through the sliding doors of the bedroom and also through the Pool Bathroom.
The 3rd Guest Bedroom offers a Queen-Size bed and closet.

Catch some shade in the covered lanai and forget about time and enjoy the moment. Pool can be heated electronically.
The Southern exposure will reward you with many sun-hours during the day, and the comfy lounge furniture and sun longer extend your relaxation level for sure.
Enjoy endless sun hours, ice-cold drinks, read a book on the sunchaise and be impressed by the spectacular water vistas.
A dining table for 6 and a barbecue grill for outdoor eating pleasures, in SW Florida the evenings hours are mild and warm as well.
