Welcome to our recently renovated oceanfront 2-bedroom/2-bath condo, situated on the 17th floor of Brighton Tower at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach. This inviting retreat promises a memorable vacation experience that will beckon you back time and again.

Step inside to find meticulously designed interiors boasting tiled floors and showers, complemented by elegant blue granite countertops. The tastefully decorated space features luxurious finishes throughout, ensuring every comfort is met without sacrificing style.

With a king bed in the master bedroom and two queens in the guest bedroom, this condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Whether you're basking in the sunshine by one of the three outdoor pools or enjoying the sandy shores of the ocean, relaxation awaits in this luxurious setting.

While guests do not have access to the Splash Water Park, spa, or fitness center (including tennis or pickleball courts), discounted one-day passes to Myrtle Waves Water Park are available for purchase from Saltwater Grande for May through August stays.

Please note that upon booking your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete the verification process. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the booking process.

The only problem that we had was that on our first day there a maintenance man came knocking on the door. Not Being dressed at the time by the time I got clothes on and was getting to the door, the maintenance man was unlocking the door to enter, to change air conditioning filter. This is something that should or could have been done in cleanup time frame . If unit is occupied no maintenance should be scheduled,. And certainly no one should be entering without be invited in.

Fantastic Fall Break!
We’ve stayed in Brighton Tower several times, and this unit is one of our favorites! We loved the views of the ocean and Hilton pools. The features and amenities were modern, and everything was very clean. It was just the relaxing atmosphere we needed. Our only regret is we didn’t bring enough USB wall chargers for our devices, but we made it work. We will be back!

My husband and I took our two girls to Myrtle Beach for the first time this past week. When we walked into our condo, we were immediately overwhelmed at the luxury, cleanliness, and open space! Our view was breathtaking - it is on the northeast corner of the 17th floor so we had stunning views of the sunrise over the ocean every morning. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, but the close walk to the beach was incredible. Everything was easy! Check-in, check-out, parking, beaching, relaxing. It is in the perfect location between north Myrtle and Myrtle so we were able to easily visit everywhere. It was such a fun filled week with our kids- WE WILL BE BACK. :) I would have been ecstatic to simply be at the beach and in our condo the whole week. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Pictures do not do this place justice!!

This the the second time we have stayed at this lovely well equipped condo with the gorgeous view.
Wonderful!! Only problem we were NOT ALLOWED to ride the Kingston Plantation Shuttle Service. With only one car it was an inconvenience for those that were not golfing.

A Spot For Two
Spacious condo with an excellent oceanfront view. Clean as a whistle! Mgmt informed us of amenities in detail which made it easier for us to pack. 3 tvs had to get used to how each worked, one had netflix others you would have to use your sign ins. It was a wonderful peaceful respite.

Beautiful clean Condo with Awesome views of the ocean….location is close to all amenities that you may need. Pots and pans need upgrade with proper utensils for nonstick cookware. Also in room safe would be an added bonus account maintenance and inspection personnel can enter room when needed. Would stay again!!

This was the BEST VRBO I have ever rented, and believe me, I rented alot! The property was better than the pictures, location perfect . Our initial arrival didn't start off too well. We did not receive any arrival instructions from the property manager. We had to find a maintenance person to get into the condo. We were not sent the access information into the condo or the swimming pool until Wednesday, 3 days after our arrival. We were told to get an app, Happy Stays X, for information but did not see any codes to the condo. The condo was beautiful, great view and fitted with everything we needed. Inspite of some issues, we all had a great time.
