Features include a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, solid surface counters, and white cabinetry, indoor and outdoor seating for four, and updated lighting, art, and accessories.
This is a ground floor unit offering the ease and convenience of entering the pool area and beach access directly from the unit-NO ELEVATOR NEEDED! This is a nice amenity for unloading beach and pool gear and for quick trips back to the condo for snacks and meal time! The community grills and picnic pavilion are nearby. TEN FOOT CEILINGS make this condo feel especially spacious.
You also have convenient access to the well- appointed lobby and complex amenities.
A queen sleeper sofa AND a full sleeper sofa plus king-size bed allow five to sleep comfortably. The primary bedroom gives a nod to Key West with bright furnishings and fun artwork and accessories.
