Games room, bar, outdoor area with pool, barbecue and wooden front deck of 50 meters with sea view and private pier for boats of all sizes. With a privileged location, the property is close to the famous Dentist Beach, Luís Rosa bar and other beaches of the island that can be accessed. A quiet trail.
