This beautifully appointed 1-bedroom, 1-bath villa is just steps from the beach and offers stunning ocean views from both the living area and balcony. Located just one unit from the direct oceanfront, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

The villa features a sleek kitchenette with modern stainless steel appliances, including a smooth-top range, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker. The stylish Cherry Bordeaux cabinets, granite countertops, undermount sink, and Grohe faucet add a touch of luxury.

The bathroom has been thoughtfully remodeled with a walnut vanity, granite top, Grohe fixtures, and a Kohler tub with a custom tile surround, creating a spa-like experience.

The bedroom is outfitted with a plush King-size Stearns & Foster Estate mattress and a spacious chest of drawers. Throughout the villa, you'll find elegant wood-look tile flooring.

This condo’s north-facing orientation allows you to enjoy beautiful sunrises while avoiding the harsh afternoon sun. A unique feature of this villa is its dual-zone climate control, ensuring optimal comfort with separate systems for the living area and bedroom.

The villa accommodates up to 4 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

Located in the heart of Hilton Head Island’s South Forest Beach, Seaside Villas offers direct beach access (no street crossings required), a refreshing pool, BBQ grills, beach showers, and a sun deck for your enjoyment.

The complex is less than a half mile from Coligny Plaza with many shops and restaurants!

Condo was very clean and nicely furnished, as well as well-stocked with new dishes, utensils, etc. Very convenient to beach and shopping. Would recommend if you need a 1 br unit.

Wonderful Stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked that it had a keypad entry and we didn’t have to worry about keeping track of a key. Mary was great and kept in contact if we needed anything. Will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic condo that is close to everything

This is a great condo that has been tastefully renovated, has a lot of great amenities and many details that make it feel like home. Great Condo - Perfect for Two!

We stayed at a condo at Seaside Villas and it was perfect. It looked like the pictures! It was tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of drawer and closet space. There was a large sofa and chair in the living room. The kitchen had everything needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property..great location

This villa was perfect for our visit to Hilton head. Was very clean. We have stayed in this complex in the past.. This unit was the best one we have used. Mary was great. Had chairs and towels for use at the beach.. Planning already to stay again next Memorial Day.. Coming again 2017 for a reunion with my husbands high school friends.. This complex is a great location..have told others about the villa and this complex..we just love Hilton head...

Home away from home perfectn vacation

We just returned from our Hilton Head Island vacation. Perfect Oceanside location close to everything yet quiet enough to rest peacefully. The unit was spotless and well equipped - very homey. Warm and cozy

We had a wonderful time at the Seaside Ocean Villa! We met our goal to rest and relax without the worries of our day-to-day challenges. The villa is just as it is described. Small, cozy and the perfect spot for couples who want to get away from it all and enjoy some quality time with each other. Mary, the owner, was outstanding! She was in contact with us from the initial reservation, once we arrived and on our way home. We appreciated all of her efforts to create a "home away from home." We look forward to returning.
