Dreamy Nashville Condo!

I had the most amazing stay at this VRBO in Nashville for my 40th birthday! The place was spotless and beautifully decorated with such cute, thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The interior design is gorgeous, and everything was so well-maintained—from the super comfortable king bed to the clean, modern bathrooms.The rooftop was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying some downtime with a view. Check-in was completely seamless, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s in a quiet spot that’s conveniently close to both Brentwood and the action on Broadway.The couch was super cozy for lounging, and the whole space just had such a peaceful, welcoming vibe. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Love the location

Things we loved about this place was how modern the appliances were and clean. The place was. It was also very close to campus, which was great. The only input we would have is make sure you bring your own games, soaps, and toiletries. The host was very generous in helping us out but we really didn’t think it was supplied with as much as we thought it would be. We really needed more toilet paper, and soap.

Perfect house/perfect location

This house was perfect for our family. Location was perfect. We would love to stay here again. Only con we have is the checkin directions weren’t given u til day of checkin and if we could have better checkin directions as far as parking and garage info.

Beautiful & Spacious

This house is in a great location close walking distance to 12th ave south and a 1.5 mile drive to Broadway. We like the updated modern look, the rooftop patio, garage parking, and it was very clean! The only cons - it is right on a busy street so if you’re in the bedroom on the front of the house, it’s very loud. Lights from Belmont shine in through windows that don’t have blinds all hours of the night. The pillows are very flimsy, and there were only 2 washcloths in the house.However, none of this put a damper on our trip!

Family celebration

Property was perfect for our needs (we needed to be near Belmont University). Downtown was a quick 10 min or so. Loved the rooftop deck. Property on a moderately busy road so as we are used to quiet (crickets!) sleeping was hard. Communication w/owner was excellent . Overall quite pleased.

The perfect stay for Nashville!

We had the best time staying here. The place was very clean and roomy for 6 adults. It was nice to have the garage to park in and the house felt like home. We would stay here again!!

Nice spacious place!

Open floor plan, kitchen, dining and living room. The room with the twin beds was a little bare and the bathroom shower didn’t drain but the place was clean.

Great choice in Nashville

We were a group of 5 gals from the West Coast celebrating our 50th birthdays. This house was a great fit. Can’t beat the location. Easy walks and Uber rides to all the sights. Southern hospitality was in full force with the host who was very responsive. House had a few minor inconveniences. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a great vrbo.

I’m town for Pink concert

Townhome was very nice with ample space. Location is close to Geodis and also 21st Ave which has several restaurants and bars and only a few min to Broadway. Roof top view is amazing!

Great Location & Large Townhome Perfect for Family

The location was great, the space was large and provided enough space for our family (2 adults, 1 toddler and nanny). This isn't a knock on the unit at all, but it is noteworthy for folks that are considering staying here, Wedgewood is a busy street, in the morning you could hear traffic going to both Belmont and Vandy. Just something to keep in mind when booking. We would stay here again.

This place is amazing. Having a bathroom in every bedroom made it easy for all ladies to get ready. The place was clean and modern. Directions from the property owner were clearly communicated! We would stay here again!

Awesome Stay for Old Childhood Friends

We really enjoyed our stay at this Nashville apartment. It was decorated beautifully. All of the appliances were brand new. All three of our bedrooms had private bathrooms, which was a very convenient.The record player was a very nice touch with good selection of vinyl. The rooftop was a great place for a morning coffee and winding down late at night. Location was awesome and very accessible to Vanderbilt University and music row! Communication with Mayra was excellent. I look forward to our next trip to Nashville.

CMA festival
