Very convenient location

Perfect location. Block away from the boardwalk and block and a half from activities like jet ski, parasailing, boats and restaurants. We are a family of 4 and slept comfortably in this apt.

Family beach trip.

Perfect for our family trip. We have never gotten a house/apartment before when coming down for bike week as it is usually just my fiancé and I. This year we brought our daughter and then a couple family members wanted to join us for a couple days. Evolve was so easy to make these changes with, they are wonderful. Only thing I would change is things like garbage bags, toilet paper etc. were not available, which I would have liked to have known prior to checking it but wasn't a huge deal. Just thought I would mention so others know. Parking was great, location was/is perfect and the neighborhood also perfect. We plan on trying to book here again next summer.. Thank you all so much.. Great location!

The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and plenty of room for our family of four (with two teens). The location was perfect for us. Just a block away from the boardwalk and beach, which meant easy access but also peace and quiet during the evening and nighttime hours. Off street and secure parking was an additional plus. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and also a small grocery store. We traveled to a local supermarket to stock the fridge and cabinets for breakfast and packable beach lunches. The unit has everything you’d need to prepare all three meals, which is something we always look for. The only thing we’d change would be a new mattress for the bedroom. Otherwise, this unit was exactly what we hoped it would be.

Overall, very nice.

When we arrived, there were both laundry in the washer and dryer. They were bedclothes and towels. We too have he items out of dryer and folded, took items in washer and dryed and folded. Left in a bag for housekeeping.

Easy check-in and great location

Overall our stay was great and had enough space for our family of five. A block away from the boardwalk and beach. There were extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Loved having the washer and dryer, plates, cups, pans, silverware but there wasn’t even one roll of toilet paper. Make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, the essentials. There was a small leak on the ceiling in the bedroom over the nightstand but that was a minor issue. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but doable. Overall we had a great stay. Would stay again.

Perfect!

The property was very nice. Convenient spot to stay to walk to almost everywhere we went. Less than 5 min to the beach/boardwalk which was perfect! Private parking was a nice bonus as well! Will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to ocean city.

Clean rooms, clean bathroom, there were games there, and extra beach chairs in the closet, wish I would have known then i would not have packed them. nice kitchen with every thing we needed.

Excellent stay near to beach

This was a lovely property within minutes of the beach and boardwalk. If you are a small family or a couple it is a spacious apartment, and the single bathroom works well. The kitchen comes equipped with most things you would need for cooking at the beach. There are also many options for dining within walking distance.

Terrible experience

The apartment had stains on the towels, stains on the coaches, and pee stains on one of the sheets. There weren’t enough pillows or any cleaning supplies so we had to purchase them at Walmart. The refunded us the purchases but we had to waste time when the apartment should have been cleaned. Totally disgusting with stains everywhere.

Excellent beach escape!

My family was truly impressed with this rental property! The condo was one block away from the boardwalk and was also across from the bridge, which meant we could leave out vehicle in the gated parking lot and walk/bike to our destinations. The unit was accessible through keyless entries, and the rental supplied all the conveniences of home from its kitchen to its washer and dryer. We are hoping to rent this unit again next year.
