Recently updated family friendly condo that sleeps 6. Located at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis (Ocean Villa's Building "A") which offers everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. Largest outdoor pool on Island, seasonal family activities with on-site restaurants, bike rentals, tennis courts, pickleball court, playground, grilling areas, ice cream stand and three private boardwalks to access the beach.

Our condo offers a private balcony with a beautiful ocean view, plenty of seating to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. New built-in bunks ideal for those 12yrs old and under, a full-size sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a queen bed. On the cooler winter nights cuddle up by the new electric fireplace. Just steps from the beach! Stocked with beach chairs, a few games, 2 folding luggage racks, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, blow dryer & iron. Sheets & towels for 4 are included with our rental, no extra charge! This includes cleaning at the end of your stay and a parking pass for 1 vehicle during your stay. If an additional parking pass is needed please message us for details.

This unit is available for a discounted rate for full monthly rental during January, February and March please message us for rates.

Perfect getaway

Great Location at Hilton Head Island

The condo was perfect for my granddaughter and I. We were very close to the beach and the pool. There was an ocean view from the balcony which was a plus. The condo was nicely decorated and had all the supplies we needed. We had to contact the owner once and received a quick response. We will definitely consider staying at this condo when we return to HHI.

Perfect Location!

This was my first visit to Hilton Head Island and this condo was perfect! It had everything I needed and the location was fantastic. It was an easy walk to the beach and an easy drive to all the restaurants. I loved that there was 24 hour security on property, it made me feel very safe. The pool was so nice but you can’t beat the beach. It was also great to have 2 restaurants on property. The condo was so clean and well kept. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

This property was incredible. It had all the amenities to make it feel like home. The beach was a short walk away. One feature that we really enjoyed was the location. Not only were we close to the beach, we were basically in the middle of the area which meant exploring the island and surrounding communities was easy. We will definitely be looking for this booking when we travel to HHI again.

Cute little condo

This condo was perfect for my family. It was clean, check in was easy, owner communication was great, the resort was great. We had a wonderful time. HHI -Folly Field

It was our family’s first time vacationing at Hilton Head Island . Not only did we love the island , but we enjoyed the condo. It was definitely cozy for our family of 5… but it was well updated, very clean , a short walk through the parking lot to the pool or beach that was very easily assessable with the private board walk . we enjoyed it so much we stayed an additional night.

Clean, nicely decorated unit. Pool is not heated and no hot tub. (We thought the kiddie pool was a hot tub in the pictures) Owners are very thoughtful and communicative. Unit is small but we expected this. Great for a short stay.

Fantastic vacation!

My wife and I had a great week at this rental! It is steps from the beach and we enjoyed the breadth of amenities on site (pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, fitness center...) - everything was a short walk from the unit. The unit was very well furnished and clean, and the check-in process was seamless. The all-day security and concierge were helpful and made the stay very comfortable. Finally, the property owner was very easy to reach and addressed all our questions immediately. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect condo size for the two of us.

The space was perfectly clean, decorated nicely with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. Everyone was so nice from check in to the sports bar on the resort. I felt safe with the security at the front gate. The beach is just over the bridge. Gorgeous sunsets. I’d love to come back and rent this condo again.

Nice Stay on Hilton Head Island

Nice and clean condo! Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and towels. Perfect for a couple and families with small kiddos. Easy walk to beach and next to pickle ball courts. This condo has been nicely updated. We spent a lot of time on the beach but never the pool (it was too crowded with little kids!). Our teens preferred the beach - great boogie boarding waves and beach volleyball court! Dolphins spotted every morning on our walks.

We fell in love with Hilton Head as it is quiet but has all the amenities that a family needs for vacationing. We decided to purchase, remodel in Jan 2020 and offer opportunities for families to enjoy! Warm weather, access to the ocean, fishing, crabbing biking, pickleball, the fun is endless here in HH. It's family friendly with only steps to the pool or beach, while having the option of eating at property restaurants, there's no need to leave the resort.
