Hello people.
Here is an apartment for a couple with a 3-year-old son who offers his space for friends who can feel at home in a highly cozy environment, complete and done with great care.
Family and safe space, with garage, concierge, electronic gate, common area on the roof with gourmet area and children's pool.
Located on the main avenue on the edge of Bairro do Bessa close to bars, restaurants, 24 hour gas stations with convenience and 24 hour bank, bakeries, steakhouses, shopping malls (Manaira Shopping (Largest in the City) and Mag Shopping (on the Waterfront).
We offer in our apartment a beach kit (2 adult chairs and 1 child) with umbrella and thermal box to enjoy the beach and the weather. To do this, just cross the street! 😉
But if you are homemade, we have 2 SmartTvs with Amazon subscription (App Prime Videos) to watch movies at will and Youtube for the kids. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
We have Wi-Fi internet that we provide free of charge with a speed of 100Mb of optical fiber.🔝
