Vacation in our pier home located in a family-friendly gated community of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach, SC. It's like a home away from home but only a less than 5 minute golf cart ride to the ocean! The house sleeps up to 10 people with 3 BRs, 3 full baths, 2 fully-equipped kitchens and laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. We provide 1 golf cart, free wireless internet service, cable TV's, DVD player and gas grill. There is a 50" flat screen tv in main living room, 42" flat screen tv in first floor living room and all bedrooms have 32" flat screen TV's. Linens are available (sheets and towels). Both kitchens are stocked with dishes, pans and gadgets. Within the village you will find pools (indoor/outdoor), playground, basketball and tennis courts. The house is located only minutes from shopping, restaurants, golfing and the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand.

Great Beach Week

We love Oceanside Village and have been vacationing here for many years. The rental house was as described. Very clean with all of the supplies required for the week. Owner was very responsive. Having access to a Golf Cart is a huge plus!! We will definitely rent this house again!!

Enjoyable stay!

This was our family’s 3rd stay here. We continue to enjoy it every time we visit. There is plenty of space so that none of us feel crowded. Love the 2 separate units, and that they are connected with an indoor stairway. Golf cart is great! Thanks Chuck & Chris! We will be back! Barbara Brown

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Perfect experience there with the 8 of us. Had a wonderful time. Plenty of room in the living areas for us all to hang out. Porch is amazing too. Chris was great and very responsive :)

Great Family Vacation

The owner was great to work with and answered promptly. The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The added covered porch on the top level was perfect for family time. The closed in sun room was a great place to relax. So many small things and touches made it a great place to spend our vacation. We highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. House is decorated with a beachy theme & has a serene & comfortable feel. The golf cart is a real plus for getting around the village. We had a party of 9 for the first half of the week & 5 for the second half. There was plenty of room for all. Thank you Chris for sharing your home!

This is a very nice home and was very clean on arrival. The house was perfect for our family vacation. The apartment area downstairs was great for overflow and extra sleeping space. Having a golf cart to use was great for trips to the beach/pool. We will definitely look into staying here again.

The beach house was beautiful. Conveniently located close to beach, great dining and shopping.

It is a great place to stay for a family vacation. There were 9 of us and had plenty of room and privacy at the same time. Has that great beach atmosphere. The large open kitchen made it fun to make meals and dine together as a family. The house is beautifully decorated and gave you the feeling you were at the beach!! The beds were comfy and enough bathrooms for everyone. We will definitely spend more beach time here.
