Beautiful Indoor Lobby like a Mansion, Some best decorated Restaurants, Big Gym, Sauna, Huge Outdoor Pool & Spa. The resort is always located near to the best ocean beach. The Studio is spacious with high ceiling. The fully-stocked wet bar is installed with Microwave, Coffee/Tea maker and mini Refrigerator. The cloth closet is big enough for the whole family. The huge stone hotel impresses you with the strong Latino Style & Custom.
Guest access
Almost anywhere inside the resort but also close to the other famous scence or places in Cancun or other location by the resort shuttle(every one hour from 8-6),Taxi or the rental car. Inside the beautiful resort ( some of them even with its own Tropical Garden), there are usually a lot of activity scheduled such as Canoe, Diving, Boat, Short Cruise (to the other Islands), Beach Volleyball, Musical Band Dinner Night or some kid activities in the kid house. and etc. Anyway, you would have a lot of activity to join and not feel boring in every moment even just inside the resort without going to anywhere else!
Other things to note
1. Max. 4 persons for each Studio but one Bed could be added by the extra $15-30 charge per night. If over 4 persons, one more studio is requested.
2. Their meals are really delicious but a little expensive (everything could be very expensive) inside the resort. I really you to rent a car to drive or take the resort shuttle bus to go anywhere you feel interested for dining, shopping or playing. The resort location in Cancun is around 4-6 miles from the downtown and 8-12 miles from the airport but very easily to be found or reached because it is just located beside the only road along the ocean beach line. It is also very similar situation in the other location. The resort shuttle bus, Taxi and your rental car are your options in Cancun but only in some other location. the public transportation is close to the resort.


Special Information

Maximum Occupancies: Studio 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 or 3 adults, ________________________ . Children over the age of 2 will count towards the room occupancy. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded.
Room Assignments: The Front Desk will do their best to accommodate your preference, but all units are based on availability at the time of check in. Resort cannot guarantee specific unit, bed type or location. Fixed members changing their original fixed week reservation dates will automatically become floating and the resort will assign unit based on availability upon check in. Elite benefits are non-transferable.
Shuttle Information If you have purchased Airport Shuttle please be aware that transportation service will not be provided to members/guests without a transportation confirmation letter.

Resort Information
Credit Card is needed to check in; Restaurants, Bars, Laundry, Spa & Room Service are operated on a CREDIT ONLY basis. This means the outlets do not accept cash; please provide a Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX) or a cash deposit at the Front Desk.
Service Charge- Please note that the resort assesses a daily fee of $3.50 per unit that will be added to your bill at check-out. This fee is shared between staff members who work behind the scenes with little face-to-face interaction with guests. This program excludes hotel managers and directors. Our members and guests appreciate this convenient way to say thank you to all staff members who contribute to their fantastic vacation experiences.
Please note that the Quintana Roo Muncipal Government now charges an Environment Sanitation Fee to all resort guests in the amount of $25.45 pesos per reservation per night. This fee covers beach cleaning, water treatment, waste collection, reduction of carbon emissions with LED lighting, reef conservation, coastal wetland management, reforestation, and other sustainable programs. This fee is not covered by the annual Club maintenance fees, daily service fee, all-inclusive room rates or meal plan packages.
Amenities: Please note that at the Villa Del Palmar Cancun Resort our beautifully appointed studios DO NOT include stovetop burners, chairs, and tables in the suite. The resort has gone to great lengths to provide a world class culinary experience with five unique restaurants, so venture out of your suite and leave the cooking to us. Enjoy your stay!
