Totally RENOVATED LUXURY MODERN 2-suite apartment, comfortable and welcoming ...

Unit located in a prime area of Ipanema, 3 blocks from the beach, 2 minutes walk from a Metro Station and half a block from the biggest Sunday flee Arts & Craft Market. Surrounded by area top restaurants and supermarkets. Fully equipped with TVs in each room and split system A/C. It also has a washer and dryer. Parking for one vehicle if needed. One suite has a king bed and the second suite has two twins that can turn into a King size bed. Each bedroom (suite) has it's own attached full bathroom, a small desk, and a 30" Full HD television, and Roku HD for Netflix, YouTube, etc.
I live in Hawai‘i so there is a time difference. If I am not responding, please consider the time change.

Wonderful condominium close to Ipanema beach

We stayed for four days in August of 2022. The condominium was clean, well stocked with every convenience we might have needed, very modern, close to the beach, and with an amazing washer-dryer combo.

We loved our stay in Rio! Alex, Our host was fabulous! Edna, whom we worked with also, was very attentive! Check in was super easy. The apartment was BETTER than the pictures! So lovely. It was immaculate! We appreciated the extra touches…. Converters for American electronics, tissues, paper towels, a washer and dryer, a computer and printer, a dishwasher. We really enjoyed the thoughtful snacks left for us. We felt at home. We were a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, shopping. Everything was convenient and easy. Our host checked in on us to make sure all was well. He gave us great tips for traveling in Rio. I highly recommend this place! It was amazing!!

The owner of this property is the consummate provider of great client service. I have been renting apartments in Rio for 15 years and this is the premier apartment for client who demand the best.

Our stay at Alex's home in Rio was great!

Our stay at Alex's home in Rio was great. He has a terrific place, the design clean and contemporary, the mattresses and linens don't disappoint either and the location is great for beach lovers and to use the subway to get around to great locations to site see. Alex also has Edna who checked us in and made the apartment feel like our home for our stay for Carnaval. Alex also was fast with communication and helping out with requests and info on taking care in Rio. Also the building staff is well informed about our stay and made coming and going easy and safe. Thank you and looking forward to next year at Alex's home. Rodney & Michael

Superb apartment in an excellent location.

The photos do not do justice to how the apartment actually is. It is a large, superbly decorated and clean apartment. It is quiet and in an excellent location. Minutes from the beach in Ipanema. Just a Few steps away from all that Ipanema offers. Cafes,bars and restaurants. There is also a Rio Sul supermarket just round the corner. I have been visiting Rio for nearly 20 yers and this place is a real find. You will want to come back!

Due to the pandemic, I decided to add a little convenience to our guests. They can order a manicure to get your feet and nails done at home. You can schedule in advance the date and hours for the service and you pay her directly. The price is very good with a great service.
