In less than 10 minutes you are in the Königsstraße, the central shopping street of Stuttgart, at the main station, the cinema and the theatre. Cultural institutions such as the State Gallery, the Opera or the Kammerspiele are within a radius of 500 m. Here you really live in the heart of Stuttgart.
