Stunning views of the Gulf from the living area, master bedroom and balcony as well as up to date relaxing decor, make this beautifully furnished 1,420 square foot, two bedroom, two bath, ninth floor condominium, a renter's favorite. The beautifully done kitchen features new cabinets as well as new granite counter tops and includes a microwave and dishwasher with a separate laundry area with full size washer and dryer. The unit also has a wet bar with granite countertops which includes an ice machine. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, recently renovated separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. The unit also includes granite counter tops in both the master & second bathrooms. Both the master and second bedrooms have been recently renovated and the unit is CARPET FREE!

This is our second time staying at this property and we absolutely love it. The views are incredible! The place is immaculately clean. We loved the indoor pool. The beds are super comfortable. It was just perfect for our family of 4. We look forward to staying again!

Loved our time in Orange Beach! Condo was everything we had hoped for. Clean, well stocked with towels, bedding, kitchen items, nice full size washer/dryer. Loved the location! Right across street from Walmart and many options for dining nearby. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay

Beautifully decorated, full kitchen, ice machine was a plus, lots of towels, very clean, great location, easy beach access. Pools were clean, great balcony view!! Room right next to elevator, no long waits. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this condo, we hope to be back next year!!

The condo was well equipped. The only negative aspect was that the bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable, as were the pillows. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

My favorite condo in OBA

This was our third time staying in this particular condo. The communication with the owner is by far the best I’ve experienced from a VRBO host. Second, the location is perfect. You are close to restaurants and groceries, and the condo is right on the beach. Third, the condo is very clean. The pools are also great, my kid loves them! We look forward to spending time here again!

Property was clean and well kept. Ample room for 5 people. Contact with property owner was excellent- always answered my inquires with a few minutes. Staff at Seachase were very friendly and accommodating. Covered parking was a plus.

A Nice Little Getaway

We enjoyed this condo and its location. The facility has nice amenities, and is well maintained. The condo itself was clean. There was plenty of kitchen equipment, and linens available. The only downsides we found to this unit is the lack of cleaning supplies. Obviously we aren’t going to deep clean everyday we are there, but it’s hard to even keep tidy without any supplies provided at all. I would have really appreciated just some cleaner, windex, toilet cleaner, brushes and extra trash bags to stay up on our mess. Overall, if you’re coming to Orange Beach, I would recommend this condo.

Orange Beach Beauty

Great condo right on the beach. Everyone from the owner to property management were excellent to work with. We watched dolphins swimming right off the balcony. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and easy stay on the beach

We were here for spring break with our family and had an amazing stay. The condo is well maintained and as described. It has a beautiful view and everything you need to make the stay easy. We had one minor issue with the garbage disposal but working with the owner was simple. He was quick and helpful. We look forward to returning next year.

Wonderful!!

Our family has a tradition to spend the first half of Thanksgiving week at the beach. We love how peaceful it is at that time of year. This condo was just perfect for our annual tradition. The unit itself was beautiful and very clean. The whole property was very well maintained and we enjoyed the heated indoor pool and the hottubs. It was so close to everything. The property manager was very nice, provided us with all important information, and responded quickly. Most importantly the view was spectacular!!!

SeaChase is one of the most beautifully landscaped & maintained properties in Orange Beach. The staff and amenities create a wonderful environment for your vacation. The property offers 1,000 feet of spacious private beach with white sugar sand that is unique to this area of the Gulf. Orange Beach, Alabama has a family friendly locale without the over-commercialization found in many other beach locations and yet provides plenty to do for all ages. The local restaurants have superb food for all taste buds throughout the town!
