This beautiful, low 4th-floor (#412) condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master with new mattress August 2023, 2 twin-size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo has two comfortable recliners and sleeper sofa in the living room area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, beautiful tile, and updated master bath with walk in shower. This beautiful, resort vacation condo also boasts Gulf front balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views, unforgettable sunsets or wake up to the sounds of the surf. Other features of this fashionable vacation unit include granite countertops, a full-size side-by-side refrigerator, flat-top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare that perfect meal for friends and family. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. We ask that you do bring your own towels for the beach.

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a total of $35 plus tax resort fee. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
