Close to the beach 🏖️

Quiet neighborhood; very well appointed apartment. Perfect for my husband and I. Close to the beach and several restaurants and grocery stores. About a beautiful hour walk to Pescara. I would highly recommend it for a couple or a family of 4 with kids 12 and under

Beach Holiday

We had a wonderful experience. The property was just as advertised. It was a short walk to the beach and it was conveniently located close to groceries and restaurants. The host was always available to answer any of our questions. The condo was very clean. The city’s garbage collection was a bit confusing for us, but that had nothing to do with the host or the property. We’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment, close to great beach

Lovely apartment, close to great beach, very clean and comfortable, nice balconies. Kitchen equipment was excellent and very good quality. We had everything we needed. Very quiet, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Lorenza was very friendly and helpful. She kept in touch with us during our stay. She spoke very good English. We enjoyed visiting lots of pretty hilltop villages in the mountains and along the coast. Highly recommended. Thank you Lorenza

Super Urlaub

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war super. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Weg zum Strand waren 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war Klasse. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich zwischendurch immer bei uns erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob sie was für uns tun kann. Der Ort ist relativ klein, aber für uns hat es gereicht.

Tutto perfetto

Appartamento fantastico e dotato di ogni comfort. La proprietaria Lorenza gentilissima e super disponibile ci ha accolto e spiegato tutto in modo dettagliato. Stupendo il balcone dove si può pranzare e cenare in compagnia. Spiaggia libera a circa 400 metri così come ristoranti e/o pizzerie. La zona è prettamente per famiglie, però se cercate un appartamento a due passi dal mare per una vacanza di relax la casa delle sorelle Bell è perfetta.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super da man in 5 Minuten am Meer ist. Dort ist alles sehr gepflegt. Supermarkt erreicht man auch zu Fuß. Der Ort an sich hat aber nicht viel zu bieten. Abends sind die Möglichkeiten begrenzt. Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Das kleine Bad war für die Kids ausreichend. Der geschlossene Parkplatz hinter der Schranke ist sehr gut. Lorenza war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank nochmals.

La casa delle sorelle Bell è un delizioso appartamento vicino al mare ma in una strada secondaria ma super centrale . Dotato di tutto e di più è arredato con gusto e funzionalità . Tutto è nuovo , pulito e comodo .la proprietaria una signora gentile e discreta che ci ha accolto con gentilezza e cortesia . Davvero un’ottima soluzione .

Very pleasant Vacation

The apartment is quite spacious, feels very comfortable, is well equipped and very clean. It is located conveniently 5-minute walk away from the beaches. Restaurants are also available in walking distance. The landlord, Lorenza, was very kind and supportive. The hand-over process went very smoothly. We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment and the agency are definitely a recommendation.

Vacanze da sogno

Accoglienza e attenzione perfetta da parte della Signora Lorenza. La casa un vero gioiello, pulizia impeccabile, cura maniacale per ogni dettaglio dell'arredo e per la presenza di ogni oggetto necessario. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra veramente, fino nei minimi dettagli. Siamo persone che viaggiano molto, anche all'estero, europeo e anche fuori dal continente. Mai incontrato un'attenzione e un'accoglienza così vera.
