Villa Plemmirio is a beautiful villa with private swimming pool situated in a splendid sea front position, on the edge of the Plemmirio marine protected area, near Syracuse. The marine reserve is a UNESCO site established in 2005 and is a must-see destination. In fact, many archaeological artifacts found within its waters are on display at the Museum Paolo Orsi in Syracuse.

Located just a few steps from the sea and rocks below, this exclusive property is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawn, by spacious terraces, and a veranda equipped with outdoor kitchen and dining area (kitchenette, oven, 2 fridges and bbq).
Consisting of two separate building, Villa Plemmirio features cozy interiors furnished with both taste and comfort in mind. Amenities include air conditioning in all rooms, internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, and dishwasher.

The main house includes a large living room, a small kitchen and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The nearby Annex houses a living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a shared bathroom with shower.

Villa Plemmirio provides an excellent base in which to easily reach Syracuse’s historic center and the lovely sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche. A short drive away are also the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica and Scicli, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Mount Etna, and Taormina.

Villa Plemmirio can accommodate up to 7 guests.

Main house: living/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite shower. Annex: living room with sofa bed, kitchen corner, 2 double bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR:
Veranda with outdoor kitchen and dining area, terraces, garden, swimming pool, sun terrace, private pool (open April 1 - November 30)

Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, electricity up to 300 kwh/week, linen/pool towels weekly change, 4/hr weekly cleaning of kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms, cot, Wi-Fi, private parking, water & gas, welcome basket of breakfast items
