The unit is equipped with high speed internet so you wont miss anything from home. The building also has Grocery, Mc Donalds, Starbucks and a whole lot of Resto within a walk away. Very nice view

I was here for a month. Once I arrived Angelica was very easy to communicate with, answered messages fairly quickly, within 24 hrs or less. Two small issues I had. 1 the handle on the door to the deck only worked from the inside, so when on the deck you had to make sure the door didn't close on you. 2 the water that came out of the shower head was so little I used a Tabo to get wet and rinse off. But the place was nice. Queen bed!! The concierge service was great, they helped get taxi's and money changer when needed. The pool was kept up very well. Robinsons grocery store just a short 2 min walk, restaurants and live bands all within a short walk. Busses, jeepny's, Trikes, and taxi's are just a 4 min walk if you can't get a grab. I will come back!!!

We love the location and how it is situated near the beach and proximate to most of the 5 start hotels in the island. Our property is easily accessed via public transportation and is close to the airport and most of the important places in the island may it be shopping or dining.

What makes this property unique

The property includes access to Mactan Newtown Beach for free as long as you give us a day heads up to provide the necessary permit. Also, sauna and gym is included in your stay.
