Modern and light apartment with big sunny terrace . Breathtaking view on the Bay of Nice . Completely brand new furnished and decorated. Airconditioning.
Beautiful swimmingpool with sun beds , surrounded by a very nice garden with palmtrees and also seaview.
Shops , restaurants and beaches are at walking distance (10 minutes) but if you prefer you can use the city bus that stops almost next to the Residence.
The bedroom with double bed is located on the garden side, so very quiet .
Bathroom with great walk in shower. Kitchen with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, oven and microwave. Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room at the groundfloor.
With a minimum stay of 7 days bedlinen and bathroom towels for 2 persons are included With a stay less than 7 days they can be rented at 35 euro for 2 persons to be paid on arrival.
Free private parking in the indoor garage.
The Residence as well as the garage is secured .

Great view of the harbour in Nice
From the efficient greeting from Odette to her final help on our departure, this manager is a gem and the apartment is equally so. Clean, well equipped, a great view from the spacious balcony, we found this an ideal spot to stay and explore Nice. The included indoor parking is a great bonus. We would definitely book this again.

Nice apartment
The apartment is as the description. Great views, clean, well furnished and modern. Only 10 minutes walk to the Port area. Only thing was the elevators weren’t working properly and there were a few days where we had to use the stairs. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

Perfect apartment to explore Nice and beyond
My husband and I flew to Nice and didn’t hire a car. This apartment has a bus stop right outside the building and only a 10 minute walk to the Tram. It was very comfortable, well equipped, excellent WiFi with amazing views from the balcony. Both Thilly the owner and Odette onsite were very responsive. Would highly recommend.

Skønt ophold
Vi havde et skønt ophold i Nice i denne lejlighed. Vi hyggede med at sidde på altanen og kigge på udsigten og at være i Nice city og ved stranden. Vi var også glade for at kunne bruge busser, som kørte lige udenfor døren til bl.a. Monaco og Cap Ferrat. Dejlig lejlighed - perfekt til et par. Det var også skønt at vi kunne bruge poolen om eftermiddagen.

Vue exceptionnelle, résidence avec piscine
Toujours aussi satisfaits de séjourner dans cette résidence très bien entretenue avec piscine, à proximité du port de Nice avec transports en commun très proches. Cet appartement climatisé très soigné avec sa vue exceptionnelle sur la baie a notre préférence, la literie est très confortable et nous dormons au calme. Les produits de 1ere nécessité à l’arrivée sont vraiment appréciés. Excellents échanges avec le propriétaire et la gardienne de l’immeuble. C’est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournons.

Great Location, Great Apartment, Great Host
This is a 5 Star Feedback from our Side ! Well equipped and modern Apartment with an unforgettable View over Nizza. After Booking we immediately had a very friendly contact with the Dutch Owners of the Apartment. Every question is answered within 24 hours. By arrival, the one and only housekeeper Lady Odette was taking care of our check in and all needed Infos. Everything worked smoothly. On Top of it all a cold Bottle of Rose Wine was waiting for us in the fridge:-) Location of Apartment is in an upper class neighborhood with walking distance to small lovely beaches. Complete Building as well as private parking place is secured. 15 Minutes to Monte Carlo by Car. 20 Minutes to walk into the City Centre. A great Experience. Recommended.

A very cosy apartment with a wonderful view of the city of Nice!
Odette, the manager of the building is great and gives you a great welcome! The apartment is just on the outskirts of the city and there is a bus stop the a few feet away which will drop you in a few stops at the door of the Old Tow of Nice. You will enjoy visiting it, shopping is great, architecture is very interesting, and you will find a lot of restaurants. Try to pick the ones serving the local food, with a lot of dishes based with fish; if you are a oysters lover, you will be in heaven! If you decide to take the bus, you can either pay in the bus or by a card with several trips you can purchase on Place Garibaldi! The entrance of the Old Town! A great plus is the parking! The interior of the apartment is very well organize, clean, with all the necessary equipment! And of course the view from your own patio where you can sip a delicious glass of wine before going to dinner or before retiring for the night! And let’s not forget Odette, always available to answers your questions! She is a great runner, if you come with a car you will understand what I mean on your arrival! Christian PS. if you prefer you can also drive in the city, but parking places are sometimes difficult to find and some of the streets can be very narrow

Bel appartement avec terrasse vue imprenable
La Résidence avec piscine est bien entretenue. Elle se situe à proximité du port, à 15-20 mn à pieds du vieux Nice. Plusieurs lignes de bus se trouvent en bas de la résidence et permettent de découvrir la côte (Menton, Monaco, Villefranche, Eze…). L’appartement avec terrasse offre une vue imprenable à 180• sur la baie de Nice et les montagnes. Cet appartement très propre est bien équipé, fonctionnel avec de nombreux rangements et une décoration soignée. La literie est de bonne qualité et les nuits sont calmes, le coin nuit donnant sur l’arrière De plus, les échanges avec les propriétaires sont faciles, rapides et très cordiaux. Bon accueil sur place d’Odette qui veille au bon entretien de la résidence. Nous reviendrons très volontiers dans ce même appartement. Le vieux Nice se trouve à 15-20mn à pieds, plusieurs lignes de bus se trouvent face

Excellente location
Les différents échanges avec le propriétaire ont été parfaits: réactivité à répondre à nos questions, informations pour préparer notre séjour. Une fois sur place, l'accueil a été de qualité par la personne de confiance du propriétaire. L'appartement était tout à fait conforme aux photographies, très propre, bien équipé. Les + de cette location: des rangements assez nombreux du côté nuit et dans la salle de bain. Son emplacement avec une vue exceptionnelle et l'arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble qui dessert régulièrement tout Nice, mais aussi les communes du littoral jusqu'à Menton. De ce fait, la voiture est restée en sécurité dans le parking mis à disposition. La piscine est bien entretenue, facile d'accès dans la résidence. Quelques petits bémols: la vaisselle est limitée en nombre ( mais après tout, il y a un lave - vaisselle); la literie du convertible, comme pour pratiquement tous les convertibles n'est pas complètement confortable; le débit d'eau de la douche est moyen. En conclusion, je reviendrai volontiers.
