With 5 Bedrooms, 3 Double Suites with En-Suite bathrooms and 2 twin rooms there is plenty of room for all the family. The living room has been recently redecorated and has a 70" UHD TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sling TV. Sonos is available for guests to use. Separate dining area with adequate seating for all the family.

A fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils and crockery needed to prepare a home cooked meal gives you all the options for a relaxing family holiday.

Pass away time in the private heated pool and Jacuzzi (pool heat is an additional charge) at the rear of the property or challenge each other to a game of Pool in the games room, there is something for all the family.

Free 350Mbps high speed Wireless Internet and computer means you can always be connected. There is also a printer so you can take advantage of late park deals and print any vouchers or tickets as you need.


Private Community: The private community of Hampton Lakes is located just off the US 27. At the heart of the community we have two tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court and two children's parks, so there is always plenty to do when you're not at the theme parks, attractions, beaches or one of the countless perfect Floridian golf courses in the area.


The House: With parking on the front drive multiple families can stay together at Hampton Palms. As you enter the house you will instantly feel at home.

Ground floor:

Master bedroom - King size bed, LED TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sling TV. Telephone and ample storage with master en-suite bathroom including twin vanity units, circular tub, separate toilet room, walk-in shower and walk-in wardrobes.

Second Bedroom - Queen Bed, LED TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sling TV. En-suite shower room including single vanity unit and walk-in shower.

Living Space - 3 sofa living area with large LED flat screen TV mounted on the wall with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sling TV. XBOX 360 with a selection of games and DVDs to keep you and the kids entertained. Sonos to play your favourite music. Located in the living area are the patio doors to your screened private pool area.

Kitchen - Fully equipped with all the utensils and crockery you could possibly need. Double door fridge freezer, Dishwasher, 4 hob stove, Oven, Microwave and Keurig coffee machine. Low level breakfast bar and Pantry storage cupboard.

Dining Area - Large separate dining area with large table for all the family and a highchair is also available to use for younger guests.

Utility - Top loading washing machine and separate dryer with over head storage gives you plenty of space to hide away your laundry.

Games room - Large American pool table, football table, 47' Flat Panel TV with Apple TV (with Netflix) and children's play area with a selection of toys to keep the little ones busy. We've also included basketball and tennis equipment should you want to take advantage of our free onsite leisure facilities.

Pool Area - Private screened pool area with heated pool and pool spa (heating charged separately). Sun loungers and outdoor patio seating for taking advantage of the year round Florida sun. Pool is 4ft deep in the shallow end, increasing to 6ft at the deep end.

Outdoor Weber gas grill BBQ is provided for guests to use (propane gas is to be self supplied).

Second Floor

Family bathroom - with vanity area, toilet, bath and over-bath shower.

Bedroom 3 - King sized bed (Can be split to two twin beds), LED TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sling TV. Walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom including vanity, toilet, bath and over-bath shower

Bedroom 4 - Two Twin beds with large built in wardrobe and LED TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sling TV)

Bedroom 5 - Two Twin beds with large built in wardrobe.

Open space - open landing area with desk and chair, with computer, Internet access and printer/scanner for printing park tickets, vouchers, airline tickets etc.

All sheets, pillows, bath, pool and hand towels are provided. One bar of soap per bathroom and one spare toilet roll per toilet is provided to get you started for your stay.

For your peace of mind we have a Ring doorbell and security cameras fitted on the exterior of the property. They are non-intrusive and only cover exterior areas of the grounds. The Ring doorbell covers the front door and porch. In addition, four cameras cover the driveway, the pool equipment and down the side of the property.
