About this property
Luxury house in the heart of Estepona historic center
Our unique house is in one of the town’s most beautiful streets. It is in the heart of the old town near the church and walking distance to all the best restaurants ,shops and amenities. The house was completely rebuilt in late 2019, and has featured in architectural magazines for its innovative design. It is luxuriously finished and beautifully decorated to the highest standards: with a mixture of designer and retro furniture, it has 2 terraces & a rooftop sunbathing area
.It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor.
As you enter the house you see the large open living room area with 4 meter ceilings, it has a smaller sofa seating TV area with a balconette window,and a 60” smart TV. There is a second larger living room area with sofas and comfortable armchairs. There is also a large dining table and a large open fully equipped state of the art kitchen. From the large sliding doors you walk onto the lower terrace, with its beautiful bougainvillea’s & a built in BBQ area. It is shaded during the day and there is also a large sun awning to protect from the afternoon sun.
On the first floor we have an large en-suite master bedroom with a large king size high quality pocket spring bed and its own bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has a large balconete window from which you can enjoy the beautiful views.
The second bedroom also has a queens size (160cm) with high quality pocket spring bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with a large walk in shower with a skylight.
All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and beautiful linens. The ample wardrobes are hand made in oak and the floors are high polished cement, each bedroom also has handmade fans with remote control, should you not wish to use the AC.
On the third floor you find an attic room with a separate laundry area, with washer/dryer, and a sofa from which you walk onto the beautiful decorated terrace with an outdoor shower.
Fully air conditioned, the temperature can be regulated individually in each room.
We have a water filter so you not need to buy water.
There is a safe in the main bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE:
PARKING: As the whole town in pedestrianised are only allowed to drop off luggage by the house , we will arrange a rented parking space in ZAPALLITO on the sea front for you which is a 800 meters walk, There is also a PAY AS YOU GO parking is in only 200meters away in Parking Ayuntamiento (with electric chargers) for 1 Euros a day (3 Euros after 24 hours) + electricity. These are a 3 minute walk but ca be quite full. Please let us know if you are bringing a car and which you prefer.
Please note: we do not allow children under 7yrs as the property has many polished cement staircases and low balconies.
I will meet you at the property on arrival (please note: late nights are not possible for me, if your flight arrives after 7pm we can offer a late check in for 50Euros on occassion).
Therefore when you make a booking, please let me know the flight numbers, arrival & departure times and how you will be traveling to Estepona so I can meet you with the keys.
Included for our guest’s comfort:
Our guests will receive a welcome basket with Cava, beer,, water, coffee and snacks on arrival. Soaps, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper are provided and some basic cleaning products.
Sheets, towels, and beach towels are included
Weekly housekeeping is included in stays over 11 nights (except discounted rates*) .
Washing machine & Dryer/Dishwasher/Iron/ Oven Hob/Nespresso Coffee machine/Kettle/Toaster
Check-out is 11 am on the day of departure. If house is free on your day of departure you can also stay later - but we usually wont know until a few days before departure ).
Booking conditions:
-Minimum age of main renter must be +35yrs
-No small children
- Nº of persons ,names and ages must be given before the booking.
-The booking is non-refundable, therefore we advise our guests to take out travel insurance.
-Minimum stay is 7 nights (high season)
-Upon arrival we will need your passports to copy and sign the rental contract and a police registration form which is a legal requirement in Spain.
-Strictly no pets/no smoking/parties allowed.
WHY VISIT ESTEPONA:
Estepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted geraniums. It has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them. There are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere.
It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do.
On Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants. There are 2 ports nearby, Estepona Port and also Duquesa Port, with plenty of nightlife and restaurants.
Another recommendation is to drive or cycle up to Sierra Bermeja mountain and its national park, over 1500 meters above sea level from here you can enjoy stunning views and nature. From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”.
Also we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 10 minutes by car, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids. In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark which is only 30 minutes away.
THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU ARE HERE:
From here you can easily make day trips to Gibraltar and Morocco as well as the Alhambra in Granada and Cordoba and Sevilla. In Granada during the winter months we can also go on day trips skiing to the Sierra Nevada.
Also not to be missed is the stunning town of Ronda, which is an hour and a half drive up the mountains.
We also recommend a visit to Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. Tarifa is a beautiful historical Moorish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes.
We are only 60 minutes from Malaga Airport and 30 minutes from Gibraltar airport. Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 30 minutes by car.
Location:
Only a 3 minute walk from the beach, and in the heart of Estepona old town, you really do not need a car for this property.
The area is full of small shops, a local butcher, a fresh fishmonger and bakeries. There are many very good restaurants nearby and many boutiques, cafes and bars.
Parking: As we are in the heart of the old town and all streets have been pedestrianized there is no parking on site, but we can arrange a parking space for you which is a 400 meter walk.

If you need an airport pick up & drop off, let us know and we will direct you to a very good online booking service, they have great prices & services and know all our property locations. You can pre-book by credit card, and you will be met at the arrival halls and collected again at the property on your day of departure. They also do day trips and short trips around the area. They have a fleet of cars & minibuses (up to 22 people).

I am Tania Cozzi , and I live and work in Estepona,on the Western Costa del Sol. I am half Dutch, quarter British and quarter Italian but have lived here almost my whole life so I feel more Spanish than anything else.
I studied Hotel Management, and since 2016 own a boutique management and rental company called Bright Property Management and Alcazaba Lagoon Rentals. I love my work, and started helping with my family & friend's properties rentals. I now have a small team, my sister Marcella to help with check-ins and Debbie who takes care of admin, as well as some lovely cleaning ladies Juani & Aroa.
