We did have an issue with a shower leakage, however once we let The Bay Holiday Properties know, they were on top of it and sent a plumber out the same day. I would recommend this apartment to a friend.

Perfect quiet stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great apartment that exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family of 5. Only a coup-le of minutes stroll to a lovely quiet part of Shaol Bay beach between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. We would definitely stay here again.
