This property has everything you will need for a comfortable family stay! Plenty of beds to sleep my parents and 2 siblings and families. The kitchen is very well stocked for preparing meals. We thought the location was very convenient to the interstates and enjoyed being just a few minutes outside of the business of Sioux Falls.
We celebrated our family Christmas at this home. Great place! Accommodated our large family of 45. Kitchen/pantry well stocked! Served our needs well! We will definitely stay again!
It was a fantastic location and plenty of room. Had a hard time with the temperature because the rooms were very hot but the living areas were cool. Overall very nice place to stay
Our family of (5) adults enjoyed our stay at this spaceous cabin style home. The photos don't do the lower level justice. Close to town and plenty of options for dining. We will definitely stay here again next time in the area. Many thanks - great home.
We stayed here for a family vacation with 8 adults and 6 children ranging from 7 months - 12 years. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the set up!
Only bummer is the busy highway and interstate nearby - it’s not super quiet outside. There is a big yard and a great back yard for a fire and smores.
15 family members stayed at the home for a trip to Sioux Falls. The house had a wonderful deck area and yard for the children to play. The house was clean and comfortable and accommodated us with ease! Would stay here again!!!

Large home for Christmas
Nice large open space for a family gathering at Christmas. Decorated for the occasion to make it very festive. Kitchen had many supplies to prepare meals. We were here during a very cold time, and some rooms got a little cold, however they had heaters to supplement the rooms that were cold. Could use some updates but overall a comfortable and unique house.

Equipment/Water/Laundry Nightmare
Too much cost for this rental. I would recommend looking for another place to stay. The hot water heater had trouble catching up. Water softener was recharging with no salt in the brine tank. Garbage disposal was not working causing back up in the sink with sludge left over from previous renters, the situation was addressed, but it took nearly two days. We ended up washing dishes by hand and using paper plates; we did laundry chores from the housekeeping staff that the previous runners paid for, housekeeping fees that we paid fees towards, yet we ended up doing their laundry chores. We couldn't figure out why they were so few towels in the bathrooms. There were mimimal towels and wash/shower supplies through the bathrooms, and we found the dryer stuffed full of dry towels and the washing machine sitting there for over a day with wet towels, washcloths and hand towels. Upon reporting to the property manager they chose to believe the housekeeping staff other than all of my family who witnessed this.
We loved many things about this home: lots of seating for eating together or lounging around, comfortable beds, well-equipped and large kitchen, the pool table and very comfy couches in the basement, plenty of bedding and extra blankets, and the proximity to Sioux Falls, nearby Walmart and Aldi as well as Wild Water West was very handy. The property manager was very friendly, helpful and responsive to questions and needs The views from the living room and dining room were very pretty: trees and grassy fields and bison up in the pastures. A couple things that were downsides in my opinion were the traffic noise due to the house’s location right off a busy highway on the one side and the interstate running not too far on the other side of it. We like to go for walks, but this isn’t the kind of road one can much enjoy a walk on. The other thing was that the upstairs and basement were on the same climate control so if the upstairs were cooled to the desired temperature it was VERY cold downstairs. I had brought a small space heater to use as a fan and was thankful I had it to use in the downstairs bathroom. We had to stagger our showers as the hot water did tend to run out after a few showers. Cell phone service was a little weak and there were issues with the wifi but the property manager was very good about doing the best she could considering it was a holiday weekend to get the problem fixed. We would recommend this home and our family enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Location
We had a group of 13 - six of which went pheasant hunting. We needed a large home and this really met our needs. They had plenty of beds for everyone, enough bathrooms, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed to make meals and they also had seasonings, etc. which was a bonus to not have to pack and bring. It was only a few minutes (15 min. from downtown Sioux Falls) and there was a Walmart store and other conveniences about 3 miles away. The couple of negatives are that this was listed as "pet friendly". It would have been nice to have understood their definition of what that was. Only a couple of days before we were to check in, we learned that pets were not allowed in the house - only in the garage (although we found signs of pets being in the house such as a pet bed). When we arrived, we went into the garage to find two cars parked in there and a very compact area for the dogs to be in in their kennels. It was not heated, so we had to purchase extra blankets, etc. to keep them warm in their kennels. When we inquired, they did tell us where to find a heater in the home which we used, but we had to purchase an extention cord and make our way around the cars to find a plug in. In addition, the home could use a good deep cleaning. When youopen the cupboard doors, there is a lot of dust inside. Also, there were quite a few cobwebs, etc. Overall, it was fine - main disappointment was that the dogs couldn't sleep inside to keep warm.
We were very impressed with the house. Enjoyed the space we had. It was the perfect distance from the city. The only minor down fall was the grass maybe a little in the backyard as we spent alot of our downtime outside. We would rent this house anytime we are in the Sioux Falls area.
The location was perfect out in the country, the house was beautiful but was dated. Spacious floor plan down stairs and up stairs. Slept 10 adults comfortably. Wished we could have used the garage to keep the bikes out of the weather. Other than that AMAZING experience checking off Nebraska, South Dakota, and Minnesota from my list to visit
Everything was great! The house was very clean on the inside. Everything you could imagine you’d need was there. The best we’re comfortable. We used every single one. Couches were very comfortable. Lots of space to utilize. Perfect distance from town. Easy to find! Couple pieces of negative comments: grass was very long so we didn’t use the yard at all for yard games and what not. We had 13 people and the first day one 2 people had warm water for a shower. The second day we staggered showers a good 6 hours in the morning to have hot water. Nothing that ruined the trip but just a couple notes. 😊 thank you for an amazing stay, Zoey!
